Mornings begin with coffee in hand, light pouring through large picture windows and reflecting off the alpine landscape beyond. Evenings wind down in the private hot tub tucked among evergreens, steam rising into the crisp winter sky.
Set high on the south side of Whistler Mountain in the Taluswood neighborhood, this 2,600 sq ft ski-in/ski-out retreat connects intermediate skiers to the Dave Murray trail and Creekside Gondola - typically accessible from late December through March. Surrounded by forest and views of the Olympic Downhill course, the home offers a peaceful setting above the energy of Whistler Village, with Creekside’s shops and restaurants just a short drive away.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and cedar and stone accents frame an open-concept living area designed for gathering after a day outdoors. Settle into comfortable seating beside the gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace or stream a favorite show on the TV. A dedicated workspace with desk provides a quiet corner for catching up on emails, and high-speed Wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for relaxed mornings and shared dinners, featuring Sub-zero and Miele appliances, granite counters, and a full range of cooking essentials. A breakfast bar seats three for quick bites, while the dining table accommodates eight for lingering meals and conversation.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 10 across four bedrooms plus a den. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and private balcony with seating. The den includes a twin bunk bed and serves as a cozy sleeping space without an external window. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. On the lower floor, one bedroom features a queen bed and large windows, another includes two bunk beds and a TV, and the fourth bedroom offers a king-split bed and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. In total, the home provides 3.5 baths, including a main bathroom with a deep soaker tub, separate shower, and double vanity, plus an additional lower-floor bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the patio or balcony to take in the mountain setting, or enjoy the BBQ grill after a day on the slopes. The private hot tub offers a restorative soak surrounded by snow-covered evergreens. Additional comforts include a washer and dryer in unit, heating, portable fans, indoor fireplace, private entrance, free parking garage on premises, self check-in with smart lock.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
• Quiet hours. Strictly enforced community bylaws state that 'Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM' therefore spa use is restricted to outside these hours
• The Heights is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping anywhere within the home or outside is not permitted and may result in a $500 fine
• Not pet-friendly. This home has a strict no-pets policy and can result in a $500 fine
• No parties. Event celebrations or parties are allowed on this property
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms
• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
