Brand new 6 Bedroom Luxury spacious home with H/T

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Just a 12 minute drive north from Whistler, this property boasts space, sitting on 1.4 acres of land with beautiful views and river frontage. You can enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer, including a 2 car garage, brand new 86" TVs, a movie room, kayaks, hot tub, free wifi and 5 patio areas!
This idyllic modern home will offer you everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself whilst on vacation in the mountains.

You and your guests will have the house to yourself. There is a suite with a separate entrance which our caretakers occupy in accordance to the local bylaw regulations.

The whole house is for your enjoyment. A code will be provided for front door access and a garage remote to open up the garage doors for parking.

New and upcoming quiet neighbourhood with walking trail near by!

A pin drop location will be sent prior to arrival as the street address is not yet available on maps. The street is located just off Riverside drive.
You must be 28 years old or over to rent here. Picture ID will be verified at check in. Children and families are of course welcome to stay as long as the primary renter is 28 or over.

A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 will be held on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released after your stay.

Excellent stay for a 3 day exploration and hiking trip with family. The house location and amenities exceeded our expectations. The hostess was very responsive and helpful for the few things we asked during our stay. Beds were all amazingly comfortable and plenty of privacy and gathering spaces.

Beautiful Home!

A couple things here and there, but the house is great overall! The property manager is awesome and very communicative. The house may be a little north of Whistler, but it’s such an easy drive down to whistler/blackcomb, it doesn’t seem far at all. Great house overall! All five of our adults had their own rooms and bathrooms, with the bunk room to spare. We loved it!

Summer in Whistler

We had the most amazing stay at this property! We were a group of 7 and the house was perfect to give us all plenty of space and privacy! The house is stunning inside and the views outside the house are just as spectacular! It is the prettiest house in Whistler! We particularly enjoyed being able to hear the river from the multiple patios and even from bed with a window open at night. It waa the perfect peaceful getaway. From booking to check-out, Ruth was by far the best host I have worked with. She was communicative and answered our many questions and gave us great suggestions prior to the trip. We reached out to her a couple times during our stay and she responded instantly! All in all my best VRBO experience and best house!

Great house with a few surprises

This property is beautiful! There is a stream you can hear rushing just beyond the backyard. The house has plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do. We were a bit surprised to see a small fleet of cleaning crew vehicles parked at the property. They didn't cause a problem, other than making it feel less private, but it detracts from the property. There is also a new house actively being built close by. This didn't disturb us but was also a surprise. The final surprise was that there is an apartment attached to the house. Again, no one disturbed us, but it was unexpected and never mentioned. Overall we had a lovely stay at this beautiful property that is just a short drive into the village.
