Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels, the home accommodates up to six guests with thoughtful separation between gathering spaces and bedrooms. The upper floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and TV, open to the living area below. On the main level, a second bedroom offers another queen bed and generous storage, while the den includes a single trundle bed with a lofted second single bed. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for groups returning from a cold day outdoors, one with a bathtub-shower combination and double vanity, the other with a glass-enclosed rain shower.

The open-concept main floor creates an easy flow between cooking, dining, and relaxing. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
