You re only a mile from the Killington Skyship Gondola, three miles from Bear Mountain, and just 16 miles from Okemo with Killington and Pico only a quick six-mile drive. For even more adventure, snowmobile tours are within walking distance.
After a full day skiing, riding, or exploring, relax in the year-round 100 heated outdoor pool.
Cedarbrook shines in every season: ski and ride all winter, hike and bike all summer, and take in Vermont s famous fall colors in autumn. Quaint towns, mountain views, and four-season fun are all at your doorstep.

Enjoy a comfortable stay at Cedarbrook with convenient on-site amenities and a cozy setting. The property features a welcoming sitting area, a small library, a fitness room, and complimentary coffee served daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 am in the sitting area at the Cedarbrook office.

This unit is located on the ground floor of Building #2 and offers a view of the brook and parking lot. Inside, you ll find:
• A living room with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and queen sleeper sofa
• A full kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig
• A queen bedroom with its own TV and an attached full bathroom
Please note there is no shuttle service to or from Cedarbrook.
Upon arrival, a $150 security deposit (authorization hold only) will be collected.
Pool hours vary depending on the season. Please call the office for those hours.

Unit 109, single bedroom queen, was roomy, clean and decorated like a mountain cabin. The porch looked out over a beautiful little stream. Very convenient to Killington, centrally located. Very nice pool. The only inconvenience was the bathroom, which was accessed through the bedroom only, so anyone using the sofa bed in the living room needed to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. It was an awesome location being 1 mile from the Killington Skyship and about 10 minutes from the main access road with all the resteraunts and shops. The suite we had was super clean. Only negative is that the bed and pull out couch were both super uncomfortable. For the price of the stay they could definitely update the mattresses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cedarbrook was a great little place to stay in the Killington area! Friendly staff, CLEAN rooms and great location! Amenities were plentiful and the outdoor pool was great for the kids! Out the back was the river that runs through, so peaceful! The furniture could use an upgrade, bed was a bit creaky and slumped but it was fine for a short term stay. Can't wait to come visit again!

Great convenient place to stay but in need of a refresh

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay. Having access to a full kitchen was a huge benefit and we loved eating breakfast overlooking the stream. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the sofa bed and the bed were terrible, be prepared for uncomfortable nights. The rooms are overdue for a refresh, but the mattresses should be on top of that list, plus new bed frames that don’t creak with any slight movement. It was lovely to have a pool, nice temp, but unfortunately this area also needs a refresh. I would stay here again if the bed/sofa bed were updated.

Excellent Stay

This property was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy, but all of the essentials in a clean, well-maintained unit with great access to Killington. We had no issues with check-in or check-out, and as a matter of fact, the management gave us a partial refund because we had to check out a day early due to an unexpected family funeral. We did not expect that, but we were very appreciative.

Great Option for Killington

Cedarbrook was really a perfect balance of what we look for in weekend lodging. Affordable, cozy little living room perfect for our group of 4, about 10 min from the main base area (and minutes from Skyeship), and it's at a nice little intersection with a gas station/convenience store across the street and a really cool little saloon around back that would have been perfect for a beer during non-COVID times but we still ordered a heaping amount of BBQ from them. Oh and the heated pool--definitely undersold. It's not just warm water, it's basically borderline hot tub temp and it's so cool to wade around in a full sized pool like that. We even were able to distance in the pool effectively with multiple other groups there. Only downside as others have said is that the bedding was sub-par, but this can be easily looked past. And the listing pic technically wasn't our spot and I was bummed to not have that sectional couch but all the rooms are essentially the same layout.

We had to spray lysol a few times over the first two days to eliminate a majority of the smell. Also the fireplace was missing the remote to control it. Aside from that, everything else was nice
