Ce complexe de 7 étages de 3 bâtiments est idéalement situé juste en face de la plage et à proximité des attractions de la région. Il possède une oasis tropicale composée de piscines, de bains à remous, de tennis, de putting green, de jeu de palets, ainsi que d’une jetée et d’une plage privée, le tout donnant sur Little Lagoon. Cette propriété située au 5ème étage est orientée au sud, où vous pourrez attraper une brise fraîche et admirer le golfe depuis votre balcon privé. Profitez de la cuisine mise à jour, des sols carrelés partout, laveuse / sécheuse et un décor de chalet. Cette unité dispose d'un accès WIFI et le WIFI est également disponible dans tout le hall, les espaces extérieurs et les unités intérieures. En raison du stationnement limité, un maximum de 1 voiture est appliqué. Les réservations mensuelles peuvent être effectuées dans cette unité non-fumeurs d'octobre au 1er avril.

This was our second year staying here and it was great. Conveniently located to everything and the unit was nice and clean (which is my main concern). The hosts are so easy to deal with and stayed in contact with us to let us know we could check in before 4:00pm if needed. Wonderful folks!!!

We like the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club condominiums. We've tried three different units now. We were just a little disappointed this time that the cleaning seemed a bit rush as there were long hairs on the tile floor left from the mopping and black looking mold on the bathroom ceiling register. Also, a good number of the electrical outlets didn't work and one evening we were unable to watch any TV programming I guess due to too many users on the only streaming service provided.

It is disappointing to hear that the cleaning wasn't as good as it should have been. This does not meet our usual standards of cleanliness, and we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by a good number of outlets that were not functional. We understand how frustrating this must have been and will investigate these electrical issues to have them promptly resolved. Great service

When we arrived at the property, the air wasn't working. I called Suncoast and someone was there within an hour to check it. The next morning, a whole new unit was installed by a very capable and friendly contractor. We were impressed with the speed and willingness taken to make our stay enjoyable.

Fun on the Beach

Condo is right across from the beach, with private board walk. Had all we needed minus maybe a beach chair and umbrella. The pool area is very nice. We could look out to the beach from the balcony. One major plus was that all you needed was a code to get in and didn’t have to carry around keys all week!!

Well....

Great beach view, very short walk to beach, but cleanliness in the condo was not good. Sliding glass door to deck very difficult to open. Dishwasher door does not close properly. Washer and dryer need cleaning after each rental because smoke smell in washer and dryer and also caused staining on some swim shirts. Could be much better, but needs some TLC. Rental company quick to respond, but did not follow-up. Disappointed.

The location is great and the beach was beautiful but the property wasn't cleaned properly. There were dirty sheets on the sleeper sofa and the floors were dirty. The condo itself needs some investment. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the kitchen counters are very stained, and the whole place has a musty odor. The property also needs some maintenance as only one elevator was working the majority of our stay.

Great Condo! Great Location!

My wife and I visit Gulf Shores at least once a year, and Golf Shores Surf & Racquet Club is where we always stay. This year we stayed 4 nights in unit 515-A (Young's Suncoast ), and the unit was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. We had no issues with owners, managers, nor check-in. We look forward to booking this unit again in the near future!

Our stay was wonderful!! We were late getting to our room but getting us and our things to our room was very easy!! Especially with the carts available! I loved the walk to the beach was not bad at all either especially with our 18 month old. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect place for a Mommy getaway!

The condo was clean. There was an odd smell upon arriving but I think it was just the smell of an older building. Nothing intolerable, though and not noticed after the first day. Perfect space for me and Mom to enjoy our mothers day weekend. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The livingroom area was comfy. Beds slept well. The balcony has a great view. We absolutely loved the pool/hot tub area. The pier by the lagoon also had a little beach area. Such a great view from there at sunset. Very short walk to the beach. Front desk people and security guard we're super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Vacation

We rented this for our anniversary and it was a pretty good place to stay. It had some awesome ocean views, very homey and plenty of cooking equipment for a couple. However, the furniture honestly needs to be updated. Bed was okay, a light in the bedrooms was out, and the couch was uncomfortable, especially with a condo this nice. Also if you are planning to rent this condo, bring dishwashing fluid, garbage bags, etc as their will be none provided. Overall though, we really enjoyed our trip and were glad to stay at this condo. Thanks for hosting us at our first time at Gulf Shores!!!
