The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Sleeps 4. This property is pet friendly: No aggressive breed dogs | 40 lb maximum weight limit. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee is required on all pet friendly reservations. Sleeps 4.

Compass Point is a 9 story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit. Weekly parking is $30.
