Great location, needed cleaned

This house was great! It was open, had enough room for the whole extended family, and was just across the street from the ocean. The only reason my rating isn't 5 stars is due to the cleaniness. There was sand on the floors of every room when we arrived and the bathrooms looked as though they were cleaned in a hurry. We had to clean 2 of the bathrooms ourselves. Even so, we would stay at this house again! It was great!

Excellent accommodations

My family enjoyed our property to the highest! It had all the accommodations we needed. The only negative thing I have to say is the cleanliness. I understand it's a short time span between guest but we had to wipe down the kitchen from the fingerprints, sweep, mop and vacuum the place. Other than that, our property was the best! Our neighbors were awesome also!

Family Vacation

Summer Camp is great , location to the beach is awesome this is our second time staying! Total of 9 ! Plenty of room , pool , check in was fast and simple My grandson said he felt like a local Which means he felt at home ♥️

Cleanliness Concerns

Immediately upon arrival at the rental property we questioned if it had been cleaned. We could smell cleaner but the carpets were filthy, especially the stairs, there were nail clippings on a table and stuck in the area rug in the living room, there were crumbs on the kitchen table and floor, dirty towels were found on the balcony and in one of the bathrooms and a toilet was clogged with used toilet paper. All this during the COVID-19 pandemic did not have us feeling safe so 3 adults spent the first two hours of our vacation cleaning and disinfecting the rental property ourselves. On the positive side we loved the location and there was plenty of room. The private pool was a bit small and was completely shaded by 2-3pm but was refreshing.

Family Time

I would highly recommend Mack’s of Better B we loved the location, the house was perfect for our family pool didn’t have much sun after 2 in the day but that was fine , could have been a little cleaner the top deck still had drinks left from tenants before us but I went thru and cleaned myself due to COVID other then that I can’t complain We had awesome week , much needed fun family time can’t wait to come back

Nice place

We liked the house for its location and the layout (it had a nice open feel). The cleanliness could have been better—there was enough sand on the 2nd floor that we questioned whether it had even been vacuumed or swept before we arrived. The bed linens were a bit too worn as the fitted sheets on several beds were very loose as the elastic was almost nonexistent. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. The private pool was such a nice luxury. The kids loved it.

Pool was great for kids. Property could be cleaner, especially the carpet on stairs.
