Updated luxury vinyl flooring in the first level of this raised beach house and fresh interior paint throughout. Home offers living room with new leather sofa and two recliners (March 2023), 5 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, single over full bunk) 3.5 baths, including master bedroom with King size bed and bath on the first level, fully applianced, fully stocked kitchen ready for you to cook any meal (if you wish). Bring your favorite K-Cups for the Keurig Coffee Maker Pot and K-Cups (also takes ground coffee - your choice). 50" HDR Roku Smart TV in living/dining room. TV's in all bedrooms. Sleeps 13. Laundry room with newer washer/dryer (October 2021).
Deck with patio sofa and two chairs, plus table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Outdoor shower for ease getting all that sand off.
Lower level Outdoor TV and sitting area with 50" HDR Roku Smart TV, table and chairs, and five Adirondack chairs. New Weber grill March 2023.
Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Covered parking.
Ocean Lakes offers swimming pools (indoor and out), Splash Zone for kids, Water slides, Lazy-River, Miniature Golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, beach, bike rental, golf cart rental. Bring your fishing poles, Ocean Lakes has five lakes for catch and release fishing.
Parking through Ocean Lakes is $15/night and arranged through Ocean Lakes, form and authorization will be completed online once reservation is confirmed. Guest will receive an email from Ocean Lakes to pay for parking and for express check-in.
$150 fee for linens, includes bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, sheets,
$350 fee for cleaning included in reservation price. Beds will be made and ready for your arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property & definitely will be back. The home was clean and well stocked. The owners were easy to communicate with! We had a great time and it was the perfect size house for two families with small children. Highly recommend!

The house is very well equipped and organized. 6 adults and 5 children, sleeping accommodations were more than sufficient. Bathroom accommodations were great. Outdoor area was well organized. The resort had many activities. The only negative was the weather. It rained and was overcast more than we had wanted. However, it did not stop us from having a good time on the beach, water park and other amenities.

Excellent beach house

This is a wonderful beach house. Very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable, and the host is very responsive. We had a great stay, and will be back.

Family getaway

This was our first time at Ocean Lakes and we will definitely be back! The house was plenty big enough for our 11 person group. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from anything else. The price was fantastic for the middle of summer!!

Great location within Ocean lakes!

Less than a ten minute walk from the beach, this house was perfect for my family vacation. The house is spacious with plenty of beds and baths. Great outdoor area for relaxing and drying out after a day at the pool/beach! The house was clean and stocked with kitchen necessities to make meals. Ocean lakes is a great place to spend your trip on a clean beach with a fun kid friendly pool. With ao many amenities on the property there is little reason to leave. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a big family!

Hands down the best house we’ve stayed in at Ocean Lakes! We took a family vacation with my husband’s family and this house had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed and more. My in laws kept telling me to make sure I save this house so we can come back in the future. You will not be disappointed! Perfect location, clean, and roomy! We had the best time! Thank you so much to the owner for making the check in and out process so easy!

Super clean, beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for a perfect Halloweekend!

This home was absolutely perfect inside for our big group of family and friends! The cleanliness of the home and the furnishings was emaculate and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths for our long weekend. The beds are very comfortable and already made with clean linens upon arrival. Check out process was the easiest I have ever experienced. Everything was above and beyond my expectations. The host was very responsive and easy to work with! Our group loves to gather on the porches and any outdoor areas. The porch furniture just needs more supportive cushions to sit on to be more comfortable and the porch would be perfect! Also, my husband said the tv down in the parking area outside did not work. Overall this house was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Family Vacation

The house was a perfect size for 5 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. We loved that the beach chairs and boggy boards were available at the house. Ocean in the morning, water park after lunch. I have recommended your house to several family members with children. We truly had a wonderful vacation!

What a great house!

We had eleven people and were really happy with the size and features of the house. Especially the 3.5 baths and laundry facility. The deck and the outdoor shower were in constant use. We have rented large homes before and have never had one as fully stocked as this one. We would certainly recommend this home and may be back again. Thanks for having us.

Simply The Best

What a wonderful property!!! Not only was it in a great, quiet location, but the amenities, cleanliness, and overall experience were great. The kitchen was packed with everything you could possibly need, there were lots of games and puzzles for the days when it was rainy and the linens were well stocked for our party. Our family can’t recommend this property enough.

Family Vacation

Family Times

We had a great time visiting with the 5 sisters, and a few husbands. Ocean Lakes is a wonderful community and 1442 is a great house. Enough bedrooms & baths plus a large working kitchen open to Dining and Living Room. Plenty of parking and a nice walk to the ocean make this property perfect for a beach get-away.

The house was very clean n cute. We loved having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms We were disappointed that the listing said 2 Queen bed rooms when one was actually a full so we had to use the couch. Also for a home that fits so many there were only 2 beach chairs :(.

Beautiful Beach Home

My family and some friends booked this house for a vacation. It was absolutely beautiful and we had the best time! The beach community (campground) was such an amazing atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and the older kids had so much fun driving around on the golf cart we rented! The house stayed so cool that even though it was July, we were sometimes cold! Would stay here again, amazing experience.

I started a new endeavor in 2021 and purchased a wonderful raised beach house in Myrtle Beach. I have always loved vacationing in this area and I hope you will also. I am especially excited that this home is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground, a gated community with lots of amenities..

This raised beach house offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3.5 baths, a deck with outdoor dining area, an outdoor TV, and patio with seating on the lower level, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A great place to get away from everything and make memories! Great for adults as well as children. The house has plenty of room to spread out, and a deck and covered patio for outdoor enjoyment. Don't forget to sign the guest register!

The Park offers a full array of amenities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, lazy-river with intertubes, water slides, splash zone for kids, miniature golf, basketball courts, shuffle board, corn hole, playgrounds, RV parking, five lakes for catch and release fishing, house rentals, and beach access. Bike rentals or bring your own, and golf cart rentals. You never have to leave the park if you don't want too.
