Near the center, spacious apartment with modern facilities, excellent infrastructure

A spacious and elegant apartment with 65m ² and all amenities is waiting for you.
It is perfect for 2 persons but a third person can easily accomodated too. The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential house next to the Danube Canal, a side arm of the Danube which leads through the Inner City of Vienna. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.

Next to the apartment is also the Vienna University of Economics and the 'Augarten' Park, home of a porcelain manufactury and the 'Viennese Boys Chor'.

The close Metro and tramway brings you in a few minutes into the center of the city.

The apartment was renovated in 2011, elegantly furnished and equipped with WiFi Internet, 40' HD Flat TV and all small details you need for a relaxing stay.

Great Location very nice

Apartments was very nice. A great location to explore the city. Kitchen was very useful and ideal to make your own food. The property owner was very helpful and communications were great!

Easy in and Easy Out

This property had a good location. Access to the the Ubahn was fantastic as well as local groceries. This apartment also has a fantastic kitchen that made it easy to cook away from home.

Pleasant stay

The location was perfect. A 30 minutes walk to the city center along the Donau canal and parking, supermarket and metro nearby. The owner was easy to reach and helpfull. Appartement was complete and ok. We had a very nice stay in Vienna.

Spacious clean apartment

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, enough towels, nice furnace and very clean. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Very easy access to transit and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood.

Spacious, imaculate, resful, wonderful!

The apartment is striking with it's space and atmosphere, spotless and well decorated throughout. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The nights were quiet and we really enjoyed it. Everything we needed was provided. The best apartment so far we've been in our travelling experiences. The owner's timely communication was very helpful. All the best to Bernd and family :))

Excellent location and property for our needs

The description was exactly what we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the hussle and bussle of the big city. The only drawback was a breakdown in communication of our checking in. It would have been nice to meet the owner and get answers to questions about the neighborhood, grocery shopping, etc and use of appliances like the television. If we were to return to Vienna for an extended period of time, this property would be our first choice.

Enjoyable stay

The apartment comes as advertised. Plenty of room for a couple and it’s fully equipped. Neighborhood is quiet with nearby grocery stores and cafes/restaurants that are within walking distance. Public transportation is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Once you figure out the system it is easy to use, but getting to the tourist areas does require changing lines once or twice. Also, at rush hour they can be crowded. Vienna did experience a heat wave while we were there and the apartment does not have air conditioning. The fan provided did help, but not as good as a/c. While other grocery stores were closer, the best one for our needs was Billa, located at the nearby u-bahn stop.

Nice and warm appartment in Vienna

The apartment is close to two subway stations. The closest also has the cheapest parking possibility. Unfortunately parking at the apartment is not allowed outside the weekend. 36€ is the fine per day. The apartment has no airco and is fairly warm. It is well equipped with wifi included, provided it works but there we were unlucky. Bernd repaired it but before that we had to use our own internet bundle. Bernd responds quickly on any communication. The neighborhood is not the most trendy. Walking from the metro to the apartment in the dark is not something I would risk. Maybe unjust but it is my feeling. If we would return to Vienna, I would probably contact the agency or Bernd again because in total it was a very nice stay.

Amazing apartment in Vienna !!

The apartment was fantastic, modern, well furnished and equipped. The photos don't represent the beauty and the enormous space of the apartment. It was a very pleasant surprise when I arrived! It is very well situated ( near the center)and well served by public transports. The owner is extremely amiable and caring with their guests. He provided all the necessary information for a good stay ( supermarkets, transports, maps, attractions, books, ... ). Thank you Bernd for all your sympathy, kindness and willingness to serve . I higly recommend this apartment!!

Wien ist immer eine Reise wert

Gute Unterkunft in der Brigittenau, ruhig gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig!) gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Allem erforderlichen.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung

Super schöne kleine Wohnung. Sauber und ordentlich. Alles da was man braucht, auch an Kleinigkeiten wie sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Regenschirm etc. ist gedacht. Super Smart TV und DVDs, sowie Bücher sind bereit. Auch eine große Badewanne lädt nach einem anstrengenden Sight Seeing Tag zum Baden ein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, danke!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er reagierte ausgesprochen zügig auf alle Nachrichen. Check-in / Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestatet, was man braucht. Die U-Bahn, Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. waren fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Zudem lädt die Lage am Donaukanal zum Spazierengehen ein. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien! und Snacks.

Lage perfekt

von der Lage her sehr gut für eine Städtereise, Parkhaus in fußnähe , ebenso die U-Bahn-Station ( beides knapp 10 min Fußweg). Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Das Appartement eignet sich gut für einen Wienaufenthalt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Egal wohin man in Wien möchte, kommt man mit den Nahverkehrsmöglichkeiten schnell dort hin. Die Kommunikation mit Bernd war super.

Sehr gute Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung liegt in einem gut geführten Mehrfamilienhaus und ist absolut ruhig. Infrastruktur (Einkaufen und Öffis) bestens. P&R Spittelau "vor der Haustür", ebenso U-Bahn Station. Kommunikation mit Bernd hervorragend. Beanstantende Mängel bei der Sauberkeit wurden sofort behoben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung für einen Wien-Urlaub nur empfehlen. Persönlicher Gastro-Tip: Pizzeria Adriano (Holzbackofen u. tolle Fischgerichte!!!), Wallensteinstr. 54 und Horvath Weinstüberl, Spittelberggasse 3 (Stadtheuriger zum Versacken!)

zentrumsnahe helle Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und top angebunden an das Wiener Verkehrsnetz. Sie entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation mit Bernd, unseren Vermieter, war perfekt - Danke Bernd! Wir als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern waren für eine Woche hier und hatten genügend Platz. Unser Auto parkten wir sehr günstig bei P u.R. Spittelau in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadttouren durch Wien. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
