Quiet with beautiful views

Very nice place. Well equipped for a long stay. I-1/2 baths makes for convenience. Bedrooms are a bit small but functional. Owner was responsive to a few questions we had. Would recommend.

Meredith Lake House

Excellent location, very peaceful, beautiful and quiet. The home has some nice features and was very comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Zero complaints. A and would recommend!

Check in was easy and James responded quickly to questions I had. House was very nice! So bright with lots of windows. We spent the week in the water! Early mornings were so nice, we would sit outside with our coffee and tea and listen to the loons or the adolescent eagle perched in a tree near the house! We had a great time and was so happy with the house!

Fantastic find…… location, location, location!!!!

For a last minute find, this house was great! Very immaculate!!! Perfect for a family with kids, as the 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds. We did fine sleeping on the bottom bunks as adults, they were actually comfortable!!!! Beautiful views and great place to have fun!!! Owner was very attentive and quick to respond… definitely would go back again for longer!!!!

Beautiful view. Peaceful get away. Home has the basic essentials and is well equipped--dishwasher, washer, dryer, extra blankets, etc. We had a lovely relaxing time and would go back in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a wonderful 3 days at this property. I don't think it could have been more perfect. Pristine, newly updated, wonderful beach and fire pit. We used the canoe every day. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for. The deck was great for sitting and looking out over the water. The lake was mostly quiet, busy at times but nothing too crazy overall either. The setup of the house was perfect for our family (2 adults 2 teens). The Split ACs kept the house at a constant cool and comfortable temperature. The beach was small and the lake had lots of lily pads and leaves, but honestly it was perfect. Getting in the road is narrow as described, but honestly just taking it slow and we never encountered another car on it. Getting in and out of the driveway can be a bit of chore too, but found our way to get in and out without too much hassle after a few attempts. If you had more than one car I can see that being more difficult. We had a ton of fun and are already planning our vacation next year hoping to find an open week here!

Beautiful home, so so comfort.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this small house and property was! Looked brand new, high end appliances, fixtures, paint, sinks, etc…. Split a/c’s made it so comfortable during the ultra humid week. The private beach and lake access was amazing! Water was so warm and we spent a lot of time on tubes just enjoying the sounds of nature. My only complaint was the inside furniture. It was the most uncomfortable seating I’ve experienced in all my years of renting. Between the bar stools at the table and island, and the hard sofa and chairs in the living room, there wasn’t anywhere cozy to sit and enjoy time together at night. Outside furniture was great and we spent as much time out there as possible but it would have been nice to lounge around inside and not feel like we had to go into the bedrooms to sit semi comfortably. Typically, I don’t care if there is a tv in every room, not a big watcher, but this is the first place that didn’t have a tv in the master and, due to the lack of seating comfort, wish we had one. But overall, we’d stay again, just bring some extra blankets or something to sit on. We actually considered bringing our tubes inside to sit on haha. Definitely a gem!

Summer relaxation

Overall our stay was wonderful. We had a relaxing time down on the private beach and exploring the lake with the canoe. S’mores making by the fire pit at night was a perfect way to watch the sun set. The house was clean and bright. Plenty of space.

Super Clean Adorable Lake Cottage

This place is a super clean newer build with everything you need. It has its own private beach made our goal of kayaking and fishing everyday very easy. Coffee on the porch every morning we saw a bald eagle everyday across the way on Kelly island. A perfect and peaceful getaway.

Perfect Lake get away

Our weekend at this lovely house could not have been more perfect. The location is great, it feels so private and is still near Meredith, which is such a beautiful town. The house has everything you need and is very clean. The beds are most comfortable. We had fun using the canoe and loved the fire pit. We are definitly returning.

Great vacation spot!!

The view out towards the water is truly spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed this very clean and new cottage, the beach, the canoe and the fire pit. We heard the loons every night. The flying hawk on the pole was fun to watch. Great place. So glad we found it!!

This place was perfect for our 1 year anniversary trip. The view of the lake from inside the house, on the deck, and on the small beach are incredible. It was very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for!

Quiet, scenic, peaceful lake house

Everything in this house is new, comfortable and accommodating. The view of the lake is beautiful, including the sunset over the lake. It was great to have a full working kitchen. The canoe is very nice; we used it daily. The short distance to the docks in Meredith made it easy to get to boat rides and restaurants on Lake Winnipesaukee. We would go there again and highly recommend it.

Perfect spot for hot week!

We stayed here the week of June 30. This house is lovely and right on the lake! We utilized the canoe and brought an inflatable to lounge on in the water. We made s’mores multiple times in the fire pit and when the humidity set in, we slept great because of the air conditioning. House was spotless and so convenient. We really loved our time here! Thanks for a great week!
