Relaxation Vacation

We had such a wonderful 5 days of relaxation and sunshine. Loved the accommodations and would definitely stay again the next time we visit the Carolinas. Did not miss the winter like weather of the northeast.

Wonderful experience - cute condo!

I would highly recommend this property. Awesome location right across the street from the beach on a quiet street. The condo was fully stocked, top notch appliances and clean. Wonderful property!

The townhouse was wonderful. Less than 2 minute walk to beach. Decor was really nice. I loved everything about the place and the neighborhood. It was quiet, peaceful and overall i had a wondetful stay. Hoping to come back next year for a vacation

Great location/Fun Beach design

My wife and I were in the Sea Turtle Nest for 6 nights. Pros: Great location to everything. Quiet North Myrtle Beach area for walking /biking. Nice beach feel to the interior design. The owners have really done a nice job...maybe this is where they will retire in the future. We really enjoyed the patio/bbq/fire pit and furniture. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. Cons:The master bed is a 6" foam platform bed. Not very comfortable. The Slack/Roku TV is cumbersome and be ready to not see live TV stations for big games. We missed some March Madness. I saw in the guest book another guest missed the Super bowl. The property in general needs owners to be there for a period of time to do deferred maintenance. That salt air and pressure from continuous visitors really wears the place down. We tried to come back though for 4th of July week and the cost is triple what we paid for Spring break.

First off there’s no lighting outside it’s dark and the walk way is tiny, and then across the street there’s major construction going on 6 days a week and they start at 6 or 7 am the backyard is not manicured at all the pictures do no justice they are old and outdated not as described all the pillows and chairs outside smell like moth balls with stains all over them the chairs are rusted out that’s just outside the house, Then inside the house the couches are stained the kitchen area is the only decent area and the downstairs bathroom is nice now let’s get to the upstairs there are ANTS crawling around in the upstairs bathroom they are infested the problem should have been taken care before me or another family rented the place out the carpets in the bedrooms are outdated and gross there is a lot of closet space though for clothes and shoes now let’s go to the outside deck on the 2nd floor there are 3 or 4 boards that are coming up and need to be replaced it’s dangerous and someone could get hurt and only 1 bedroom comes with a tv 📺 and the living room has a tv My family and I were very disappointed definitely not worth the price we paid at all and we will not be coming back again.

Hi Anthony, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We wish you had reached out to the Local Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. -We apologize if the exterior lighting caught you off guard. To clarify the exterior has lights both at the front door stoop and on the back porch. These lights are controlled by switches on the inside. Additionally, we have strung lights on the back patio to provide additional ambient light. -The walkways connecting the front and back of the home are constructed from pavers that are 1 foot wide. While being smaller than a sidewalk we haven't experienced any issues with the size. We do not have lights installed on the side of the house but have found that the area does have a light that bleeds over from our back patio and or the neighbor's property. -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the construction are simply out of our control. While we stayed at our home in early June, we were never disturbed by early morning noise. We find our home to be a perfect way to unwind and were sorry for that unexpected inconvenience during your stay. -We take pride in maintaining our backyard's landscape and have a professional yard service come every other week to maintain the quality. In addition, we have installed security cameras to monitor the quality while we are away. -Due to the design of our building the 4 units backyards open up into a shared space. While each unit has its own backyard space the open concept can be misleading for our guests. While we take pride in maintaining our backyard, however, we do not have any authority over the other owners and their property. -We constantly are working on making improvements to our home to better enrich our guest's experiences. We have plans to replace the inside furniture slipcovers and had just touched up the paint on the outdoor metal chairs in early June. We were unaware of your feedback regarding the cushions outdoors. Typically they are washed once a year but we will have our cleaning team look into the matter. -Our cleaning crew has amassed a great reputation both by us and our guests. Based on your feedback they were surprised to hear about the ants in the upstairs bathroom, but we want all future guests to be assured that if the problem reoccurs it will be dealt with immediately. -The interior of the house has been renovated including carpets within the last 5 years. -We appreciate your feedback regarding our deck as we take the safety of our property very seriously. We are looking into this concern. -We do not want any guest to mislead before booking and believe that our listing accurately portrays our home. We were sorry to hear about your disappointment with the bedroom T.V's, but maintain our decision to offer guests a variety of options. -We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we hope our responses clarify all issues raised. We do all we can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Excellent!

My husband and I needed a little Thanksgiving get away and we were a little nervous about cooking at a place that we weren't familiar with. When we got there, we were surprised to find a lot of helpful cooking tools! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal and took plenty of walks on the beach. The location is stellar and is really close to a lot of fun activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was easy, but there were some issues at first with the key pad working. Eleni answered my phone call very quickly though and helped us figure out the problem.

Beautifully decorated Townhouse in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse. All the decoration and furniture is wonderful and fits so well to the beach. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Very well equipped with everything you need. The walk to the beach is really short. The view from the master bedroom is also great - you can see the sea a little bit. The only negative issues we experienced is the cleaning and/or maintenance service: The code for the keyless entry was different than communicated. Fortunately the lady answered my wife’s call immediately and told us the programmed code. The cleaning personell didn’t do a great job either - the coffee grinds were still in the coffee machine when we arrived ... and we found two more little things which were most likely left from the last renters. But again, these little things were all fixed the first day and we REALLY enjoyed the rest of our week and would definitely rent again!!!

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed here 08/26-09/02. We had the best time and the townhouse fit our needs perfectly! It came exactly as described and we even made a kitty friend outside! Our trip was full of memories and I can’t wait to come back next year to make more. Thank you! ❤️

Great place to stay at the beach

Townhouse was comfortable with nice decor in a good, quiet location. The only negatives were that the house smelled like cigarette smoke downstairs the first day and under the couch and beds hadn’t been cleaned well. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Vacation

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Everywhere you looked there was some sort of detail with the decor! Very homey environment, which is exactly what we were wanting! We were so close to everything but far enough away for our own privacy! Loved it! The patio was perfect for nighttime hangout and early morning coffee. We hope to visit again soon! I don’t think we will be happy with any normal vacation rental after this stay! 10/10 recommend!
