We had a wonderful stay at this spacious holiday home with our whole family — including my parents, our children, and even the dogs. The large pool was a highlight and was enjoyed by all six of us every day. With temperatures over 40 degrees throughout our stay, it was incredibly refreshing and very much appreciated.The air-conditioning worked well in the three front bedrooms and the main house. However, the master bedroom and ensuite did become rather warm at times. The portable air conditioner in the master bedroom was helpful — we ran it for a couple of hours before bed to bring the room down to a more comfortable temperature, and the ceiling fans also assisted. The ensuite bathroom in particular became very hot, so we mostly didn’t use it. The outdoor area was covered and suitable for dining, with a fan and BBQ available. However, due to the extreme heat during our stay, we weren’t able to make use of this space as much as we would have liked. The location is excellent, with wineries, breweries and Hunter Valley Gardens all close by, as well as the town centre and supermarkets just a short drive away.Communication with the host was simple and convenient, and access to the keys was clear and straightforward, making both arrival and departure easy. The host also responded promptly to questions we asked during our stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property and we would happily stay here again.
