Centrally located, Lots of choices to eat and shop ( we didn’t and most looked upscale but great if that’s what you’re looking for). Walking distance to a lot of great attractions. Would stay again!

Location was great, bedrooms and pillows were great, showers had hot water every time we needed. We loved the place. Carlo was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a driver named Antonio to pick us up at the airport and Antonio didn’t disappoint. He provided a great tour around the area. All in all an excellent place to stay. I would rent with Carlo again

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, convenient location for excellent dining, cappuccino, sights & of course shopping. Checking in was a breeze and gracious consideration of our earlier check in time.

Stayed 3 nights. Great location near Spanish steps and other sites of interest as well as great restaurants. Host was helpful with check-in and luggage. Prompt responses. On top floor with no lift in building which may be a concern but we were able to manage.

Excellent location and great host. Only downside is no elevator so you will need to go up four flights of stairs.

it is written that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without lift. this is a very old building when the elevator didn't exist. so it is not a service which is missing. in case you have not read the advertising, I am very sorry .

Property was as described in a great location near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Carlo met us there upon arrival and oriented us to the apartment which was nice. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and also the main living area which was very convenient. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone to spread out. Apartment was up a number of flights of stairs but, as much walking as you do in Rome, it wasn't the biggest deal to climb the stairs a few times a day.

Wonderful stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, spotless, and impressively spacious. While there are three flights of stairs to reach the unit, the host communicated this clearly in advance, and it was manageable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and well‑situated place. Make sure you dont skip leg day! 5 Stars

What a great place to stay! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the apartment. Air conditioned and clean. Brigitte and Carlos were so helpful and we appreciated the transfers they arranged for us. We would love to stay there again!
