Upstairs, the game room is a guest favorite. Complete with a pool table, mini fridge, wall-mounted TV, and a sitting area, it’s a perfect spot to unwind or cheer on your favorite team. French doors open onto a gulf-facing deck where you can sip your favorite drink while taking in sweeping ocean views.

The highlight is your private heated pool (pool heat can be turned on by request for $100/day), where you can float under the sun or stargaze at night. The back deck, facing the Sound, is shaded and furnished with dining space—perfect for sunset dinners with a view of the Dauphin Island Bridge. A charcoal grill is available for cookouts, and steps lead down to the quiet Sound-side beach where you can launch kayaks, play in the sand, or simply relax by the water. The Gulf of Mexico is just across the street, giving you easy access to both shoreline experiences.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2.
