Very spacious house to accommodate our large group. Very clean as well and the kitchen was equipped with the cooking essentials.

What a wonderful vacation! Location was fantastic and convenient, everyone in 5 families had plenty of room for gathering as well as privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Size of rooms were more spacious than expected. Open concept for dinning and lounging made for great social interactions. All extended family members that stayed were very pleased with comfort and amenities. This vacation rental did not disappoint. Beach access was a big win with all.

The house was beautiful and the amenities were excellent, especially the theater room and the heated pool! The host communicated frequently and answered messages promptly and was quick to resolve any issues we had.

The home was exactly as described and had plenty of space including many wonderful features for our larger family gathering. We used the pool, hot tub, and volleyball court as often as weather allowed, and the location was perfect for walking to the beach. We were pleased with our stay but did have two issues that included a water leak and the stove top stopped working, as well as some smaller things. The team was very responsive and sent out maintenance in a timely fashion to fix the problems. We would absolutely book this home again!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. Family members of all ages found their favorite features and we had an incredible time. Would 100% recommend this property for your family gathering!

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the whole group. It's a very quick walk to the beach entrance. We will be back again!

Definitely worth it!

For the past seven years our extended family goes to the beach for a week. Everyone agreed that this was the best trip that we've had. The house was great and the property manager was fantastic. The AC unit in the guesthouse broke and within a few hours the situation was fixed. We can't recommend this house and management company

Not 9 Bedrooms

Overall we enjoyed our stay as a family. The home needs a little dusting, I have a dust allergy. We washed EVERYTHING, a few hairs found but we cleaned the house ourselves. The kitchen is a dream kitchen for a family with a lot of cooks. A few blown bulbs but maintenance came and changed them. Also one tv kept turning on by itself in the pool area. I wouldn’t mind a partial refund for the false advertising.

Myra, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We stand by our description of this property having 9 bedrooms (all with private baths) . There is no false advertising with this property. The house was cleaned prior to your arrival and we regret that you feel you had to wash everything. That is not the case as our cleaning standards are the highest in the region.

Hughes HEAVENLY Hideaway!

We came for a wedding and stayed four nights but we wished we'd been able to stay longer. The house was absolutely perfect. We had someone with us in a wheelchair, and though the house is not ADA it has an elevator and we made it work with our own ramps. Very short walk to the beachSO spaciousAmazing kitchen for cooking - well stocked with dishes and cookwareOnly downfalls:No ironing board (normally we wouldn't need to iron while on a beach vacation but we were attending a wedding)No office area as shown in the pics (that room now has wall cubbies instead of a desk as part of the laundry room)Only one bath towel per guest per stayHonestly, none of those are a big deal, I'm just mentioning them so others can prepare. We had two issues during our stay, but the property management was quick to reply and send someone to fix them. Do not hesitate to stay here. It was magical and we miss it already.
