Sea Brooke es una cabaña de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños decorada con buen gusto con un toque costero con capacidad para 10 personas. La casa cuenta con una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada, tres espacios para comer (uno interior y dos exteriores) y una amplia sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas.

Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal con baño en suite, TV de pantalla plana de 42 "y un amplio balcón. Hay 3 habitaciones adicionales, 2 con camas queen, una con baño privado y la otra con baño ubicado en el pasillo. La sala de literas tiene 1 juego de literas y un gemelo y un nido para un total de 4 gemelos. El baño de la habitación con literas está en el pasillo.

Beach house

This is the second year year weve stayed at the property. It’s clean and well appointed; it has everything we need for cooking. We had a great time and the house was exactly what we wanted. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Love the location

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this house. We love the location and the views. It’s very easy to get to the beach and the breeze on the patio is wonderful! The pools at Pointe West are wonderful.

The property was excellent, but more importantly the owner was outstanding at responding. The power had gone out due to weather (lightening) when we arrived. The power was restored by the power company that evening. However, when the power came back on it knocked out the A/C blower so there was no A/C. The neighbors were without a/c as well because the same thing happened to them. These unfortunate circumstances were caused by the weather. The owner was outstanding the whole way through, and I had constant communication with him. He did refund all of our money. It was unfortunate circumstances, but the owner did everything possible to solve the problems. We would stay here again.

Good property but needs some updating

We've stayed here twice in the last 4 years, and it's definitely beginning to show it's age. Most issues were related to a lack of general maintenance; the dishwasher didn't work, the garage entry door didn't have hardware and wouldn't stay closed, the bedspreads were dirty, etc. We'd probably stay here again, but it wouldn't be the first choice.

Wonderful Memorial Day family reunion place

Perfect for 3 families, 2 kids. Close enough to beach and great porches to sit out on. Everything we needed. Always a great breeze until the humidity and smoke kicked in the day we left. Don’t waste money on resort pools - way too crowded. Definitely will come back.

Great stay for a beach vacay

We had a great time at Sea Brooke! The house was perfect for a relaxing time with our family of 6. Linens and towels were in great shape, and the kitchen provided all necessary pots and pans, appliances, and gadgets to make great meals. The porches were so relaxing and the provided wonderful views and sounds of the ocean. The proximity to the beach club (pool, etc in close driving distance - extra charge, but worth it) was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend at the Beach

The location of this house and the views from the balconies/porches were fabulous! The furnishings were comfortable, and our family of five had just enough room. It was easy to check in and out. My only negative comment is that the house has undergone (understandably for a family beach house) considerable wear and tear which was not evident in the photos on the VRBO website. Additionally, although the sheets were clean and plenty of towels were provided, a deeper cleaning between guests would be appreciated. All in all though, we had a great time.

Our third summer!

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints. We love coming to this house as a family! Plenty of room for the 8 of us and the dog! The house was clean and has everything you need. We love the patio and eating dinner outside every night together. It is a super easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed going to both pools! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Beach House

We stayed at this property in July 2021 and again this summer (July 2023). It is well kept, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The sea winds flow nicely to the two balconies that look derectly to the beach. It has everything you are looking for and is a perfect beach getaway.

Really great spot for a nice family beach vacation. Great space in the comfortable bedrooms and baths. Awesome back patios. Has everything you need in the kitchen. A few minute walk to the beach which was never overly crowded. Nice backyard space too for kiddos to play. Busy neighborhood but not annoyingly so. Overall great experience!

Relaxing beach getaway

We really enjoyed this house! Plenty of room for a family of 6 and our dog. Great beach front view and short walk to the boardwalk. Relaxing on the balconies was one of our favorite things to do. Pointe West is always fun!

Great Long Weekend

Had a very nice stay in Sea Brooke the first week in June. The property was in very good shape and the ocean view from the back was serene and special. The walk to the beach was all of five minutes. The beach itself was nicer than we expected (it was our first time in Galveston), with hardly any seaweed on shore or in the gulf. And the really nice part is that this stretch of beach was lightly populated, no crowds and we could settle in wherever we wanted to. The only negative was the jellyfish nuisance. It didn't stop us from going in the water but some of the family did get stung (but still went back in the water later). Not much you can do about that, we understand the jellyfish typically show up in late summer/Sept, so this appeared unusual. Patrick was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed. The storage closet outside needs to be organized a bit and probably some things could be tossed. All in all we had an excellent four night stay and will likely head back next year.
