Spacious Condo in a Great Location! Private Beach, 2 Pools, 2 Jaccuzi, Fishing Deck & More!

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Excelsior Beach to Bay with large lanai overlooking the beautiful courtyard, pool & pond with fountain. Nicely furnished unit with plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. New living room furniture including pull out sofa bed. Washer & dryer are provided in the unit so you can pack light. Kitchen is well stocked and centrally located. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the master, 2 twins in the guest bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room. Free WiFi & cable are provided, and unit has TV’s in both bedrooms. 2nd floor unit (first floor is the parking garage) and there is an elevator. About a 2 minute walk to the bay side heated pool.

Enjoy full access to all of the Gulf side amenities & the Bay side amenities that Excelsior has to offer. You will find 2 pristine heated pools (one on the bay side, and one on the gulf side), 2 jacuzzi, a bay side deck for fishing, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, library, BBQ grills & picnic areas PLUS a wide private area of our beautiful, world famous Siesta Key white-sand beach! Free beach loungers and umbrellas are already set up for your convenience on the beach.

Hop on the FREE Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and ride to Siesta Key Village, Turtle Beach, and all points in between.

A minimum 2-week rental is required at Excelsior

Great stay!

This is a spacious, clean condo! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds we're comfortable and great beach gear. We love the Excelsior, great pools and beach access!

Beautiful condo

This condo has it all! A lovely great room with a huge tv, dining table, two walk in showers, and a lovely on suite! The pool is lovely and very clean.

I've going to this property for 24 years since my son was 2yrs of age. It is our home away from home. Its a longer walk to the beach than renting on the beach side, but we always took the car to the other side and parked in the visitors parking. Cuts the walk in half. If you have small children or getting older, or just don't feel like walking, it helps taking the car. What's nice on the bay side, you can fish on the Bay off the dock. You never know what you will catch. Lots of fun when you don't want to go to the beach all day. We always through back the fish after we take a photo. Pool is larger and very peaceful at night. The beach sand never get hot. Incredible! Water very warm (90) and green. Winter, water gets cold (60). The Excelsior is a great vacation spot. Because it is so close to whatever store you need to go to, it is like living at home, but it has a beach and a bay within walking distance. You can also do all kinds of activities, such as, boating, jetskiing, parasail, kayak,... You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful and Relaxing but Close to all the Action!

This unit was beautiful. Great furniture and it had everything we needed to feel at home. The dock on the bay was so relaxing. We used the grills on site. Quick and easy beach access. 5 stars - highly recommend this property for a great getaway!

Beautiful Place Beautiful Beach

This place was wonderful. Nice layout, huge living room, spotless, enough dishes, cutlery and pots and pans to feed an army. I'm kind of a shower snob (we all have our quirks) and I LOVED the showers in the unit. Enormous tile showers, great water pressure. The pool and hot tub were likewise spotless, and right next to the unit so very convenient. The beach was excellent, incredibly white, oh so soft sand, and lounge chairs on the beach.. And that was just the private beach. The Siesta Key public beach is the nicest beach I've ever seen. Check in was a breeze, and Holly and Vic were very responsive to our needs. We hated to leave. Would definitely rent this place again.

Christmas Family vacation

Best communication from the management company I've ever experienced. Condo was clean, large, and as advertised. Walking distance to beach and several bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs in condo came in handy, as most chairs were occupied very early in the day.

Great location!

The unit itself was adequate in size. Washer /dryer was great. All appliances worked well. Rugs could use a visit from a good cleaning company. All-in-all, a good month!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation!

We loved staying at the Excelsior for our Christmas holiday. It was a wonderful location (bridge, restaurants, bars, and beach). After reading the first and only review of the property, I was very hesitant about our upcoming stay. I emailed and called the rental agency and they assured me that everything was taken care of that was noted in the review. We loved the condo! The living and bedroom space was awesome. We were very comfortable in our new setting for two weeks. The kitchen is very well appointed. Not that we cooked too much, but if we did, it was all there. From toaster, blender, pans, dishes, etc. it was all there. The bedding was quite adequate and there were plenty of towels for both bathing and going to the beach. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We went to the beach more, but had lovely days at the pool too. My only complaint about the beach access for Excelsior is the lack of beach chairs for the complex. We went to our friends beach, where there was always more than enough chairs. For as big a complex as Excelsior, they really need to up their game on the amount of chairs offered at the beach. No problems ever getting a chair at the pool. (Might be in heavier season) We will definitely go back to Siesta Key, and I can say we would highly consider staying at the Excelsior again. **just one footnote. The first review said that the carpets were dirty. I do not feel that the carpets were dirty. I feel that they are heavily soiled with spots. I think they have been cleaned, and in the day time you do not notice the spots that bad. But at night time they really show up. The owner of the condo really should consider replacing the carpet.

Unit was not ready.

No water/ no hot water or toilets working Keys did not work - mgmt kept insisting they were ok - wasn’t until late morning of second day that they finally had a lock smith come in. Carpets filthy. Lanai floors and walls filthy Husband had to fix running toilet Electrical box hanging out of wall in front of sink.
