Our group of 4 high school friends met in Mpls to see Purple Rain at the State Theater. We loved the neighborhood, especially walking to the amazing Black Duck Spirits and Hearth Restaurant. The house was well thought out and very quiet for sleeping. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Keep in mind this is a historic home and the stairs to the second floor are steep.

Great quiet neighborhood. Quaint small shops all around. We ate at Hazels every morning. Loved it! The house was super clean. The weather was amazing. I wish there was outdoor seating in the back yard. We would definitely rent again when we visit.

First impression was very good, lovely well kept plantings and an inviting front porch. Stepping inside we were not disappointed. Everything clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the chocolates and coffee provided made you feel welcomed. Wi-fi access was good, no problems.

Wonderful property in a walkable neighborhood! Very clean and well-equipped for our girls’ trip. Owners were communicative and even accommodated our early check-in request so that we could get to the lake shortly after our flight landed. 10/10

The home offered us everything we needed. The sunroom was our favorite spot to sit and chat. The kitchen was well stocked and had beautiful appliances including a gas stove and full size washer and dryer. The Keurig coffee machine was definitely a perk! Every bedroom had space to move around in. When next in Minneapolis we would love to stay there again.

Family reunio

Had everything we needed, road construction was awful, local family knows the way around. Some of the group is older and less flexible downstairs bed very low to the floor, same with BR commode. Overall great stay, kitchen has everything, beautiful back yard.

The house was great for our needs. It wasn’t anything super fancy but we did not need that. It was very clean which I can appreciate. There were plenty of towels. Emily responded immediately when I had a question during my stay. Location was close to all attractions downtown however I just wasn’t super excited about the neighborhood.

Extended weekend getaway

My family and another family stayed at this rental for an extended weekend. The location was perfect. The space was clean and charming. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out.

Nice place in quaint neighborhood

Property itself was very nice. Only concern was step down to laundry room not well marked (but it's a home, not a business). Kitchen well stocked - I loved that they had leftover storage containers.

Excellent property

We would choose this property to stay here again. Great place and plenty of room for a family. Close to many attractions. Property owner was very responsive and made it a point to let us know about road closures by the property. Highly recommend staying here.

Great home for a family

2 TV areas, nice kitchen and dining room for home cooking, room to spread out. Great for parents of teens. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient options for eating and shopping within walking distance. Sunny porch for morning coffee. Owners provided effective and friendly communication.

We rented this home for an annual gathering of 5 longtime college friends. We feel so lucky to have found it! This house is a hidden gem in a great Minneapolis neighborhood. The house offered 4 comfortable bedrooms, along with plenty of space for gathering and catching up. The kitchen had everything you’d need, and we also appreciated the “extras” such as shampoo, soap, etc that helped us feel at home. Other pluses include the location, which is a nice residential area close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were phenomenal at communicating and answering any questions we had. Finally, the home was spotless! I would definitely rent again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Minneapolis.

Nice property. Could use more mirrors. None in bedrooms for getting ready. Overall a nice home and was a good location to our event but construction made it harder to get around.
