Bayview Condo is a downstairs unit perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear and just a short walk to Boulder Bay Park. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - This cozy 800+ sq ft home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a comfortable living room, TV, and bar seating. The highlight is a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gathering around on chilly evenings. With plenty of seating, it's an ideal space to relax and unwind.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a California king bed, private bath, and TV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very Nice Place!

Went there with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the fishing peer and kayaking and paddle boarding rentals were right next door. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great little condo right next to boulder bay. My kiddos loved the bunk beds. One suggestion would be to please have sugar and creamers for the coffee and maybe clarify where to park (we arrived when it was dark so it took a little figuring out) but everything else was wonderful. Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed the stay at this property for 3 nights. It had all facility except laundry. The difficult part for us is to take the trash to a different location and dump it. The property is close to lake (not lake front or near) but near by.

Cute condo with partial lakeview

This condo had everything we needed. The partial view of the lake was nice. Overall, great place to stay and great location close to Snow Summit. The floors near the kitchen and second bedroom/bathroom were sticky upon arrival and did not seem clean. Not a big deal but we didn't have cleaning supplies. Also, the check-in process was a tad frustrating. It was pitch black outside with no lights to light the entrance of the unit and we could not see the correct lockbox to get into the unit. An employee was able to assist, let us in, and turn the porch lights on after waiting about 30-45 minutes.

Bring Your Own Linen

All the extra cost that came with the unit made the low price not worth it. My husband was not too excited about the amount that was spent for the 2 nights. The condo is nice but needs some work. Windows are very hard to open and close. Shower doors are missing wheels. Make sure you have shoes on the back balcony, the deck has many raised nail heads. Not a real place to relax, though it would be, random furniture that doesn’t seem suitable to sit on. We had to wait until almost 5pm to go into the place, while we waited for the place to be cleaned. You definitely smelled the Lysol, but was not that clean. The linen smelled terrible, even our little one commented on it! Luckily we had brought our own, which I highly recommend. Along with towels, they only supply a few and they are super rough. You would think with how much they charge they could hit up a Macy’s or Bed Bath and Beyond to make things more comfortable.
