A great place to stay

Such a great place to stay! New construction, modern layout, the host has done a great job of decorating. Relaxing, quiet location with a slim view of water, but an easy walk or extremely short drive to beach area. Enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Vacation at Monument Beach

My family and I had a great time staying here at Monument Beach. The home is well cared for and all the updates the owner made makes it feel like a nice retreat. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great stay!!

The location and house were perfect for our family of 5….all adults. The house had everything we needed. The convenience of the Grey Gables market…amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches…closeness to the beach and The Lobster Trap was icing on the cake. This was our first time at the Cape and we will definitely be back.

Great location and property

House is in a great location with tennis across the street. Walk to the beach, ice cream and a few restaurants. Newly constructed with good amenities and views of the water from first and second floor decks. the Owner is very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property and hope to go back again.

Perfect home for first time on The Cape

Very easy booking and accurate house description. Beds were very comfortable. And 3 full bathrooms! The master suite was big and featured a private balcony. All the bedrooms had great storage. Roomy updated kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need. We loved the location…close to the water and right by the park and tennis/pickleball courts. Also just a short walk to the gas station, bakery, and ice cream shop! Owners easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Definitely want to go back!

Lovely house in perfect Pocasset

California Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Cape. This was the perfect t location for our family. Visited Falmouth, rode bikes, checked out lighthouses and various beaches. We enjoyed the view and tennis courts at the house. Having ice cream, bakery and gas store across street made this the perfect location! Felt 100% safe. Absolutely recommend.

Picturesque seascape!

Beautiful seaside home, eloquently furnished, nestled within a community bustling with a smattering of eateries, recreational options within walking distance, crisp salty air, soaring seagulls, warm summer breezes, and white sandy beaches. We had a divine 9 day stay at this quaint property which lent itself to celebrating family togetherness, creating memories, and literally meeting the needs of us each~whether working or playing. This was a "life-giving" home and we hope to return in the years ahead!

This house was perfect inside and out. The pictures do not lie. The location was excellent. If you want the true Cape Cod experience you will not go wrong. We stayed at the house on our wedding night and it worked exactly how we had hoped. It made for some excellent pre ceremony pictures!!! It also made for a very comfortable stay!!! Again this house is perfect!

busy family finds perfect place to relax

As a tightly scheduled family we needed a break. This property was perfect. The house is newly remodeled bottom to top. Everything is new and super clean. The location is perfect as it is right as you enter the cape. Very easy to get to. Plenty of activities to walk to but also ideal for day trips up the cape (1.5 hr drive to the other end of the cape- Provincetown- a must visit! we loved it, plenty of towns and beaches to check out along the way too). Plenty of activities out the front door to keep my 13 & 15 yr olds off their devices and everyone had their own room and own beautiful bathroom. Bonus to the location were the cross the street ice cream shop and the single cutest private own bakery I have ever seen. Daily trips to both as this was a vacation. I highly recommend this property for a couple or small family.

It was a beautifully designed interior! It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The website outdoor photo is deceiving as the house is packed into small lot with other houses. Overall, it was perfect for our stay!

Comfortable and cozy

This cape house is very nice, we enjoyed eating at the table, watching the bay beyond the tennis courts. Knowing when the courts were available was very convenient. The vaulted ceilings on the second floor made it feel spacious. Furnishings and decor made it feel very cozy. The train runs by the house, and it does use the horn. It only happened a couple of times over a week, late morning or during the day, so not an issue. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with liquid soaps, shampoo, and detergents for dishwasher and washer. Some cons: there was no vacuum, and the bath mats seemed not cleaned well. We chose not to use them. There was visible lint on the linens when we arrived, we had to brush our beds for a while trying to get rid of that as much as possible. Pros: the towels sets were very nice. TVs are in all rooms and seem to work well, there is no cable, but we streamed on the Netflix and Prime apps. Overall, the host was responsive and has done a great job with this place, we hope to return some day!

Even better the 2nd time

We made a another trip back and loved it even more the 2nd time. Everything is very clean and well appointed. Even in the off season there is plenty to do. Communication with Katarina is fantastic, she is always very prompt with any reply and always available to answer any questions. We are looking forward to many more trips to the the monument beach rental.
