These cottages are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for your boat trailer, public ramp just around the corner. We have 2 cottages on this property. This is unit #1. This cottage does not have an ocean view but is on the open water. Just a few steps you can walk out and lounge by the ocean.

You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. One bedroom cottage with direct ocean access. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Exactly what we expected, everything was clean and the communication with the host was great. The place stayed cool. It's a quiet and safe area! The location is convenient if you want to travel down to Key West or north! It's next to the water, amazing location!

Beautiful little space for our adventure to the keys, we loved it! My husband & I had our two doggies (48lb Mexican hairless & 20lb american hairless terrier) & it was perfect for us, we used the bed with the room that had AC & it was great! The first room has a bed with no AC but we didn’t need that one, hubby said he couldn’t sleep perfectly on the mattress we had but I slept like a baby. Within walkable distance there’s a very dog friendly restaurant called Kiki’s Sandbar that has live music, a dog menu, and a cool dock with huge fish to see! Lots of dog friendly things to do that we found, like kayaking in the Key West, veteran’s beach is really beautiful and dog friendly, plus another restaurant called Blue Heaven & a bar called Boardwalk Bar & Grill right nearby. We did a short walk around the Old town marina too. My husband was able to fish just behind our stay & got some catches! We loved our time here!

Cozy little cottage that is perfect for a couple on vacation. Plenty of parking for our truck and small boat. Sunrise views and morning walks is how we started our day. Would recommended and reserve again for future stays in the Florida Keys.

The place had a few things going for it. It was clean and didn’t smell of mold, which is remarkable considering the obvious water damage that it sustained. It also had a new grill. That’s about it. The mattress was the worst I’ve seen in years. Funky fu For me it is in need of a renovation, and I’m on the less picky side.

Pet friendly But...There were important everyday items missing for normal living. The floors were filthy and there wasn't a mop available. There wasn't a toilet brush or dish cloths. The bed was ok for 1 or 2 nights but certainly not for an entire month. I think if a better cleaning company came in along with a maintenance company to complete the painting it would be more appealing. The outdoor furniture was broken and there wasn't a table to sit at for outside dining. We loved the area for our stay. It was a comfortable and quiet Key.A few updates to the cottage and It would be an oasis to enjoy every year.

There is a table there, that is shared between the cottages, that someone moved it to the water side. Thank you for your suggestions, we will address these as well.

The house seemed clean. I had to wash the dishes, pans and utensils before I could use them. The house and bedding were clean. The host did respond each time I messaged her. I don’t believe I would rent this place again, it wasn’t what I thought it would be.

My personal home is on the open water on Little Torch, this location is a straight shot to Looe Key Reef, for some of the best snorkeling, diving and fishing. And if you're just out for a boat ride and a relaxing day with friend, you are close to Marvin Key and the Content Keys.
