Excellent house and location

We had an amazing week enjoying the house, pool and beach with friends and family. Property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Ruth was great and made us feel very welcome!

Best vacation ever!

This was my first trip to the cape and I’m In love. This house was beautiful, clean, luxurious, but yet felt like home. Ruth was the nicest most helpful owner I’ve ever worked with. We would love to come back here over and over again!

Our group had a lovely stay at this house. The location was excellent. The owner was awesome in communicating prior, during and post trip. The house had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, beach chairs, towels, linens, beach pass. There was nothing we couldn't find or needed to buy extra. We would rent this house again.

Exceptional property

We vacation on the cape with my husbands family every year. This house was by far our favorite. There is so much space for multiple families to enjoy. The outdoor space/pool are amazing. All linens and towels provided and the property is very clean and accommodating. We had an amazing week and will definitely be renting again. So many wonderful memories!!

All three generations of our 9 member family had a week exceeding our expectations. The house, pool and grounds were immaculate and located in a beautiful area. Every amenity was included and the property owner was responsive to our questions and needs. There was a good choice of restaurants, shopping and beaches. We could ask for nothing more.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!!

First time renting with Vrbo and it was so easy. This is a fabulous home with a great location and has everything a person would need. It was delightful, just as bright and comfortable as the pictures, tucked away on a quiet road but within easy drives to everything we wanted to do. Ruth was very accommodating, and her communication and thorough instructions were clear and helpful and she responded to any inquiry quickly. Highly recommend this property! Looking forward to returning again.

Thanksgiving in Osterville

This is a lovely home, located in a beautiful subdivision in Osterville. It is immaculate, with lovely grounds. We stayed in the home during Thanksgiving, while visiting family. The owner of the home was easy to work with and we were very comfortable with our stay.

We are a family of 3 who love to spend time at the ocean. Glenn is a dentist in the metro west area and I help him with the business aspect of his practice. Our daughter Alex graduated from Colby College in 2015, and spent a year teaching in our hometown followed by a teaching position in a private school in Boston teaching AP Biology and Spanish. We are an active family and also love the cape for all it offers in beach fun, hiking, golf, tennis, shopping and just plain getting away.
