We are a Vancouver based family of four with two beautiful daughters that are full of life and energy. We fell in love with the Okanagan and Penticton in particular for it's beauty, activities, great restaurants and lifestyle.

Hands down, the biggest feature of our condominium is the location. Steps to Lake Okanagan, amazing Restaurants, Loco Landing, Parks, the Boardwalk, close to the Farmer's Market and other Shopping, a Golf Course, Recreation Centre/Pool, event centre, Penticton Hockey School, and a short drive to Apex Ski Resort.

Our property is also a modern condo with an open concept plan, large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered deck with a natural gas BBQ to make the best of your holidays. We also have a single car garage to store equipment, bikes or your vehicle.

What makes this condo unique

We are a family that has built a property with families in mind. We felt there is a big gap in the rental market to serve the needs of families & children. We have tried to think through every need including providing a high chair, dishes, pack n play, toys, games, electrical plug covers, child step for the bathroom and other amenities to ensure a Home Away from Home experience.

Best-ever VRBO Rental

We loved the location, a block from the playground and beach. For a family, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal. The apartment was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. And while everything was perfectly setup for younger kids, our 11-year-old thoroughly appreciated the bunk beds and the giant stuffed animals. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Well kept condo in perfect location

Homeowners have done a terrific job with furnishings, amenities, and care for the space. We enjoyed being within just a couple blocks of the beach at Lake Okanagan. Our son attended summer hockey camp at the Okanagan Hockey Group facility that was also only two blocks away. This location was perfect for us and all of the different things we wanted to do while staying in Penticton. Also within walking distance to downtown.

The good, better and best....

We had a great stay.

The good - Brent is a terrific host. From the booking to arrival to any questions during the stay he was easy to reach with no issue to small for him to handle.

The property has a private garage with code access for the garage and condo making it very easy to get into both.

A welcome booklet is comprehensive with has all the info about the property and area.

The better - the condo is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with nice dishes, cooking equipment, coffee maker, and spices and most things one would need. A filtered water dispenser at the sink alleviates the expense of bottled water.

It is in a great location. Walking distance to the waterfront, lots of restaurants and starbucks. We loved Villa Rosa which is on the same block. Burger 55 has the best burgers.

The best - the bed. So comfortable for our tastes. A good blend of firm with some give. The sheets are obviously high quality. Just delicious.

One of the most important thing to us is adequate internet. It works well and is plenty fast. We were able to use Netflix with no problem.

My only suggestion is to stock some blankets.

Wonderful condo and a great location

Well equipped with all the latest technology. The unit is fitted out with very new and comfortable furniture which is maintain to a top standard. The gas barbecue on the patio along with a fully equipped kitchen is a bonus for making family meals right in the unit. The

location is right near the beach and some great restaurants but is away from the traffic so is very quiet. We absolutely would book it again.

I would stay here again forsure! The place was easy to use very convienient. It was so clean and not cluttered so you could really relax. I would highly recommend Penticton Shores.
