Nuestra casa duerme 19 personas 2 personas por cama. Tenemos 3 habitaciones privadas (una de ellas con sofá cama), una habitación con dos camas de tamaño completo, una habitación que comparte dos literas de tamaño completo y 1 cama doble.
Ubicado en la subdivisión de Plum Creek, ubicado entre San Marcos y Austin Tx. 25 minutos al norte te llevará a la vida nocturna de entretenimiento. A 25mins al sur tienes ríos y un parque acuático. El nuestro es espacioso y acogedor para unas rápidas vacaciones familiares o reuniones. Esta casa también se encuentra cerca de un montón de lugares para bodas en Hill Country, lo que hace que esta casa sea un gran lugar para reconectarse o reunirse. Y, finalmente, esta casa está ubicada cerca de un montón de bodegas y empresas cerveceras, lo que hace que este lugar también sea ideal para un fin de semana de chicas o escapadas de chicos.
Nuestra casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas. La cocina está completamente equipada con todas sus necesidades básicas.

Graduations

This property was ideal for our family visiting town for my niece’s graduation. Every room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary tools to prepare breakfast, and while we dined out for dinner, there were plenty of pots and pans available to cook in if needed. The accommodations included plenty of clean towels, extra covers and pillows in each bedroom. Parking is located at the back of the house, with space for four cars and possibly a fifth. The backyard is securely gated and features a charming white fence. The master bedroom and a convenient half bathroom were located downstairs, while all other bedrooms and a full bathroom were upstairs. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Jennifer (host), for fast response to all my questions and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Quite Neighborhood

Well we ask to check in at 2pm and was told yes. Upon arrival the house had not been cleaned. Spoke to the manager and she got them to come take care of it. But you could tell it was a rush job. The house could use some updates and a try deep cleaning. Other than that the house was great!! We would definitely book through Vrbo again.

Roomy home perfect for a large family stay

We stayed at this home with 6 adults and 7 young kids for a family wedding, and it had the perfect amount of space for us. It was a little bit of a drive to get into the city of Austin, but we were close to the wedding venue in Buda. We did see some bugs in the upstairs bathtub and one of the tub faucets didn’t work, but overall this property worked very well for us!

Needs some work

The house overall is good and location is convenient. The kitchen needs work badly. We may have caught them in the middle of a remodel, not sure. The microwave above the range has been removed and it’s sitting in the counter. The hole where the microwave was is open and filthy. The sink leaked while we were there and it’s obviously not the first time based upon the water damage visible on the cabinets surrounding the sink. There are some drawers that were broken and have been poorly repaired. Overall the property is good but the poor condition of the kitchen really detracts from the time there. The property rents for a premium and the condition of the kitchen doesn’t support the rental rate.

This home is very spacious and fairly well equipped. For coffee drinkers, it is a coffee pot not a keurig. If the number of suggestions made to the owners are applied, I would definitely rent again.

Family get together for thanksgiving

First time in many years to have the kids all together. Decided on this location because it was closest to our sons house. He just recently was told cancer was gone so we met closest to him to celebrate and have thanksgiving dinner. The neighbor hood was great and so was the house! Thank you for letting us stay!

Women’s Weekend Retreat 2023

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious and well stocked with everything needed for a getaway. There was enough bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and all the things necessary for one to feel at home. The check in process was a breeze and the manager was always quick to respond. There is one thing that was misleading on the property listing and I have suggested to the manager that it be removed. There is no pool. Even though it is listed renters DO NOT have access to the pool …. only residents. I would recommend this property on a whole because of the location and compared to other places it clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again if I know for sure that a few things around the house that need fixing is done. There are some holes in a couple walls, a broken kitchen cabinet drawer, a broken microwave oven (this was out biggest disappointment) and the bathrooms need to be deep cleaned plus a few other general upkeep. This is a great place to consider….it just needs a little more attention to detail.

Nice Stay

House was clean and plenty big for our needs. Enjoyed our stay with an added benefit of a fresh peach or two from the preach tree in back. Close enough to our wedding venue allowing us to escape from the hustle of decorating reception hall for a calm lunch at the house and to freshen up before the wedding.

Perfect home for large groups

We booked this property for my son’s wedding and it was perfect. As former Austin residents, we chose to stay in the Kyle/Buda area to avoid most of the Austin traffic and have an easier commute to the hill country venue. The floor plan is set up to accommodate large groups easily and we were all very pleased with our stay. It is so nice to come back to visit and have accommodations that make you feel at home. Whether you are in town for vacation or events or just want a nice place to relax, this is the place. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping to make our son’s wedding such a great experience.

Fabulous Family Holiday

Our family had a lovely Christmas for the second year. Everyone could come and go easily and there were plenty of comfortable beds for those who wanted to stay. We were advised the dishwasher wouldn’t work and wouldn’t be replaced so we brought more paper goods. The neighbor is darling and very decorated for Christmas. The living room is big enough to have the whole family watch movies and eat . Thank you for another wonderful trip!! 👏👏❤️👍🏼

Beautiful Family Stay
