The Farmhouse is located on the Points East Coastal Drive on Prince Edward Island, amidst the red sand beaches and lush farmlands .The house is fully appointed with all your vacation needs. Enjoy amazing ocean vistas and breathtaking sunsets on your screened porch for late night dining or snuggling in a comfy chair enjoying the ocean breezes. There are 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms with luxurious linens, spacious common areas, laundry facilities and well appointed kitchen.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Canada Stays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Idyllically quiet and perfect for exploring the eastern end of PEI

A lovely little house, with views of the Northumberland Strait which you can sit and look at from a screened deck area - so you are mosquito free. It is off the beaten track at a quiet area of the island but it is so beautiful. Within walking distance of a small beach and driving distance to so many more!

Wonderful Wonderful Place!

It is a beautifully restored farmhouse with lots of character and charm. You have a wonderful view of farm fields and the water from the porch and back of house! There are actually 5 beds total. Couple small minor points to note - there is not a dishwasher and the upstairs shower is tight/low. We hope to come back though. It is in a very quiet area with no crowds but lots of beautiful scenery!

We had a great stay here. It had a good amount of space for what we needed and we loved that it was a pretty short walk along the road to a really cute beach. We used the screened in porch almost every night- and it came in handy as mosquitoes can be pretty tough on the south side of the island. The kitchen and the main floor bedroom were updated and really functional. The second story bathroom is great because it has a tub but more challenging to use as a shower because it’s built into the peak of the home so there is a wand and a tub (like many European tin situations) but the other bathroom is a fantastic alternative for showering. The only thing we found challenging about the space was that there are a few our buildings on the property, one of them is a single one bedroom cabin. That cabin shares a driveway and some other spaces with the big “main house” that we rented. Specifically, this house has a great little lawn and fire pit that is out back where the screened in porch is, so we spent a good amount of time there, but that is also where the little cabin is, so when their windows were open we were very aware of how close and obtrusive we were being. We didn’t know the property was spilt when we rented. Other than that, we were very happy with the rental.

An absolute Gem

My parents, my husband and I, and my two daughters (12 and 14) stayed in this sweet beautifully renovated farmhouse for 1 week. We wished we could have stayed longer. The owner was an absolute sweetheart and gave us some wonderful places to eat and see. The property manager stopped in and we chatted with him as well. What a fun guy! We wanted him to stay for dinner ha ha. The bed and shower downstairs was ideal for my parents in their 70's. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch reading, eating and playing games. There is a beautiful beach a walk away to walk, explore and collect seaglass. The locals are so kind and sociable. We really hope to return some day in the future. It really was a breath of fresh air. We needed this 🙌 Thank you

Perfect Long Weekend in Guernsey Cove

Our 2nd annual weekend at this Farmhouse was amazing. The house was well equipped and welcoming. We will be back !

Sea view farmhouse

This was the perfect place for a getaway! Plenty of beds, two nicely updated bathrooms and updated kitchen. Great washer/dryer, and several different coffee maker options. You can see beautiful countryside view from all angles and the water.

Friends 50th Birthday

The house is located in the centre of the picturesque red soil, farmland of PEI, overlooking the gorgeous water of the Northumberland Strait. The old farmhouse is restored beautifully and there is a lovely, screened room. to enjoy the breathtaking view. There house is spacious and includes four bedrooms with five beds (three double, one queen, one twin). The property manager was fantastic and created a feeling of comfort with fresh flowers, flowing linens (sunroom) and additional personal touches. Absolutely incredible location and experience to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday! Highly recommend!

Perfect long weekend

This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Located in the middle of a girls, The setting is rural and quiet. The house has been impeccably restored. Well equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely be going back !
