Located in Georgetown PEI, this bright, spacious, historic home is within walking distance to a quiet beach, cafes and dining, ice cream shops, local crafts, live theater, public gardens, fishing adventures and walking/cycling trails, and a five 5 minute drive to two world-class golf courses, outdoor adventures, horse back riding.
Close to many popular beaches, Basin head, Panmure Island and
just 35 minutes from Charlottetown.

This two-story home includes 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7 adults.

The 3rd bedroom is located in a separate building "barn" next to the main house. The barn is fully equipped with a queen size bed, full kitchen and full bathroom, as well as a sofa bed.

We had a wonderful time here in Georgetown! The house was such a comfortable and spacious home base for our two families to use for a weekend filled with beach days. Having separate spaces (main house barn) helped toddler bedtimes go smoothly! Little touches like bug spray and extra beach towels were so thoughtful. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything for self catering. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderf stay - July 2025

We had a wonderful stay in this historic home.There was plenty of room for our family. We stayed in the Douglas barn which allowed us to have some quiet time away from the boys and not worry about being disturbed if we went to bed earlier than them. The place was clean and well equipped and many games we. Oils okay. They had toiletries available (would come in handy if you had forgot something or luggage lost). I was impressed by this as many other places we have been to have hardly had anything. The hosts were easy to communicate with, very kind, helpful and always responded in a prompt manner. The barn did get quite warm during the day but cooled down enough at night to be comfortable. Also, there were many fans available to use if needed. This didn’t bother us too much as we were out most days and if need be, we could stay in the main house which has air conditioning. Overall, Georgetown is quiet, very peaceful and the people are very friendly. Jeff & Eva are thoughtful hosts and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for having us, we had a great vacation in PEI. P & C Burlington ON

PEI Discovery

The house and the barn was well suites to our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, the dishwasher was very useful! Three bathrooms for the 8 of us was also perfect.The house itself is very well decorated and feels warm and welcoming. The house was very clean.The barn is really nice too, without AC but it was easily cooled down at night with its fans that can draw cold air on the second floor where the comfy bed is located. We felt like we had our little private space in there. Pretty neat overall.Not much to do in Georgetown but for us it was easy to drive around PEI to discover that beautiful province.The host is very responsive and friendly.I would rent it again.The only drawback were the mosquitos but that was pretty normal at this time of the year… Some other places on the island were 20x worst!That’s it :)
