This lovely two story duplex offers 3 bedroom, 4 bathrooms and abundant living space on both levels. The lower level offers a second master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom.

This home also comes with access to the Cabana Club; its private beach, large pool, bar and grill.

Key Colony Beach offers a par 3, nine-hole golf course, public tennis courts, Sunset Park, several restaurants, coffee shop, clothing boutiques and charter fishing center.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests (6 Adults max and 2 children)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

This house looks exactly as pictured. It is very modern and clean. It fit three couples comfortably with the ability to feel like you could spread out. The pool is great and you should make sure to have it heated if you’re staying when the water is not the warmest. Having the Cabana Club passes was also a bonus! This community is a great place to stay. Everyone is really friendly. There is construction still happening around the island but they have done a great job getting everything back up and running. Overall, it was a great vacation. We would stay in this house again, which says a lot for us!

My husband and I really liked the unit. I especially liked the space for the price, the pool, access to the cabana club, the location across from the golf course, and the fact that the building is fairly new. I felt the cloth furniture could have been vacuumed; it would be nicer if the unit had keyless entry rather than physical keys that have to be picked up and dropped off at the property manager location; and the unit could be stocked with better pots and pans for those who want to cook in the unit. Also note that the unit only comes with starter trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. When had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager corrected it right away. If we go back to KCB, we would rent this unit again.

Bucolic Hideaway

The pictures are spot on. This is about the nicest rental out of many in which we have had the pleasure of vacationing. It is well appointed, on a lovely canal with two decks and a fun size pool. I recommend bringing your boat and renting if you dont have one. This stay was made complete using the personal dock right out front for daily outings all over the Gulf and Atlantic. We will be back.

This property was better than represented. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. The management team was very professional with their communications and follow through. Although we didn't have any problems, I'm confident they would have taken good care of us. The Marathon/Key Colony area is a friendly/casual life style that we hope to enjoy for many years to come. The house we rented was beautiful – just like the pictures! The kitchen and 2 living areas were big, so as not to get in each other’s way (there were 6 of us). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies and gadgets we needed to cook dinner. We had rented a boat, so the dock worked out great and the fish cleaning station and sink were very useful! Leslie at American Caribbean was easy to work with –we would definitely use them again when in the area. Thank you very much for your help with renting the property!
