Why Nancy Ramirez chose Cape Coral
We enjoy vacationing in south Florida, and fell in love with the Yacht Club neighborhood and the location of this home....so close to everything.
What makes this House unique
Location, Location ... it's the best, the home has that "old Florida feel" although remodeled, it retains its charm, also beautiful view of canal from the living room.

Over all expectations!
Me and my wife stayed in this wonderful house for almost two weeks. Unlike most other houses for rent, the style was less pompouse, more like an ordinary home, and we loved it. Felt just like home at once.
Well equipped, spacious livingroom/kitchen and very well situated.
We had some minor issues, wich care taker Anita and her handy-man delt with at once. No complaints, this stay was just perfect.
We're already planning for another stay next year..
Love love love it!!!
This was our first time in Florida. This house was very very very nice. It had anything you needed for the beach. Also had well equipped kitchen. We did have a issue with the frig. But they purchased a new one. We cannot wait to come back next year. I absolutely hated to leave. I love the pool it was so relaxing. Anita and Nancy was so great.
Great as usual!
2nd time at this property and the place was in great shape. The house has everything you need and more.
Nice house, beautiful pool, some issues
We stayed at Casa Blanca for 4 nights, beginning of May 2017. The home was a very nice size 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had 2 families of 4 staying there. Upon arrival the home was great, very easy to get into, and Nancy and Anita were a pleasure to work with. The pool area was beautiful and very clean with a couple toys to play with. After we grocery shopped and settled in we did start to notice somethings were not as clean as we would have liked. My assumption is that there hadn't been guests at the home in awhile. We did find some dead cockroaches, and cockroach poop in the kitchen sink as well as in both bath tubs. There was also an issue with "sugar ants" in the kitchen. This is Florida after all and bugs are to be expected. When I addressed the bug issue via email with Nancy she was very quick to remedy the situation by getting an exterminator there right away Monday (although this was Saturday so we had to live with them awhile longer). Once the exterminator came and "baited" the ants we didn't have anymore issues. Anita was very friendly to work with as well, although her helping with the cockroach poop was just to wipe it away with a tissue made me a little leery of what else had maybe just been "wiped up". There wasn't much for cleaning supplies for us to clean up things ourselves so we just had to deal with things the way they were. (Not that I want to clean on vacation, but I'm pretty easy going) Luckily we didn't see any other living bugs besides the ants so we managed.
A few other issues were the lack of toilet paper and paper towels, but again when we addressed the issue they brought us what we needed. The beds were decent, but not luxury. And I didn't find a high chair anywhere like I thought there would be.
All in all I would stay at Casa Blanca again because of how wonderful Nancy and Anita were. I would just have to make sure everything was cleaned properly before we came and I wouldn't find any dead or alive bugs. Coolers, plenty of beach towels, a wagon, umbrella, lots of little extras made it great!
The area of Cape Coral is nice. Tolls here and there are kind of annoying, but that's Florida. I recommend Sanibel and Captiva Island (40 mins) as well as Fort Myers beach (25 mins)!! Also the banana boat sunset dolphin cruise was beautiful!!
Excellent option for 2 families sharing - peaceful and relaxing
The house is in a great location, peaceful but close to all amenities. There are a couple of restaurants within a short walking distance - in particular Perkins for breakfast and Ford's Garage. You can also easily walk to a couple of fast food places and a bank.
The house has everything you would need for a great holiday, ample towels for bathroom and beach/pool, fully equipped kitchen and good quality BBQ. Attractive pool area and hot tub is a great feature, particularly at night.Anita is the property manager (lovely lady) and is on hand for any problems or questions.
The yacht club is nice but is a good 5/7 minute drive away.
We were a party of 2 families with teenage boys of 15 and 13 and they were quite happy in and out of the pool all day long. The nearby water park was also a good shout for a few hours entertainment.
Another en suite bathroom would have been handy and a kettle for us Brits but in general a really good option for a great holiday in the Florida sunshine
