Zannabella's Valley View Lodge W/ full breakfast is a sweet escape into the quiet Hill Country. Fully equipped tiny home features artistic southwest BOHO style with assorted exotic hardwood floors.
Includes strolling gardens leading to your yard, spacious porch overlooking spectacular scenic views of rolling hills and valley, elec. entry lock, stocked coffee bar, full bathroom with shower, TV w/ DVD library with over 200 movies , and Roku , full breakfast each day served in our breakfast room from 8:00-9:30 am.
Windows surround living area providing panoramic views. The overall feel is upscale, peaceful and relaxing

Friday and Saturday evenings.
Your hosts, Zach and Anna, invite you to take part in our chef prepared dinner.
How it works:
*Chef's choice dinner menu is made available the Monday prior to the following weekend.
Menu includes: entree, salad, homemade bread (bring your own beverage)

*Make payment for dinner when you check in at Zannabella BNB - cost is $25.00/person plus gratuity.

Very clean - easy to work with our host - breakfast was a nice cozy setup. The shower was tiny, but the bathroom was clean and accommodating. Everything basic that we needed for the entire stay was completely taken care of. Thank you for a relaxing visit.

Weekend Retreat

Had a wonderful weekend retreat at Zannabella B&B in Ingram, Texas to visit my son after the flood! Nice accommodations with a great breakfast each morning!Zach did a great job of decorating this facility and cooks a wonderful breakfast!

We had the best time at this cute cottage! We love how secluded it felt with also not being to far from town. The view from the patio was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! Zach was a very welcoming host as well!!

Perfect for camp pick up

We wanted to spend a day in the area before picking up our son from camp. Great views, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was a delicious and a nice bonus. Was perfect for my wife and our 6 year old.

Quiet and Quaint

Finding this spot was absolutely perfect! Zack is very quick with communication responses and fixed the few small issues we had to make our trip pleasant. Breakfast was so special and delicious.

Heart in a bottle

From the friendliness of the owners to the well put together cottage and the views of the property this place has heart. Makes you feel like your visiting your favorite aunt and uncle while making wishes you could stay longer. Will definitely come back.

Loveliest hostess! So accommodating and helpful!

Our cabin was small but very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Anna was so kind and accommodating. Her breakfast and baked goods were an added bonus! Will definitely stay again next summer! 10 out of 10 would recommend, especially if you like the bed and breakfast style and “salt of the earth” good people hosting you.

Quaint & quiet property

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Location is perfect, right outside of town, but not too far. Missed breakfast on this trip ☹️ but it did not disappoint the first time! The views in the evening & morning are beautiful! My favorite is to enjoy my coffee on the little deck while the world wakes up! Don’t pass up this gem!

Anniversary Getaway

It was cozy, quiet and had an amazing view. The owners were so nice and thoughtful. They had an issue one day having to do with the toilet but they made sure we weren't inconvenienced in anyway. What's to say. Things happen. We weren't upset. Other than that everything was pleasant about our stay. Breakfast was delicious also. We will definitely be staying again.

Could not go

My 1 rating on most categories is because I was not able to attend due to circumstances beyond my control. This was a reminder to me of why I quit using rentals such as this. I gave notice as soon as it was apparent I could not make it and tried to find someone to use the rental to lessen the blow that I had just thrown money out the window. The cancel time does not allow for things like life simply happening.

Anniversary Weekend

The Valley View cabin was great, we ordered dinner so we didn’t have to leave or cook anything and I was great. The morning breakfast was amazing. The hosts were awesome. It was a great spur of the moment weekend get away.

Gorgeous property, wonderful hosts

Do not, I repeat, do not stay in a stale hotel when you can stay up in the hills where it's quiet and peaceful! This property is perfect for a relaxing getaway whether you want to just hang out or get out and see some sights or both! Everything you need is provided by Zach and Anna, the breakfasts were wonderful and delicious, hate I couldn't have stayed long enough to try dinner! The porch was my favorite part, I loved it ❤️ I hope to return again soon! Book the Valley View cabin, you won't be sorry!
