The house was beautiful! Perfect for our trip with friends. Host was amazing and communicated very well! Pet friendly was a lovely plus. Lots of stuff to do at the house; Pool table, hot tub, foosball, bonfire, ping pong. Being located just outside Traverse city was amazing! Never too far away from anything!

It’s a lovely well appointed home and was perfect for our extended family Christmas. How was responsive and TC at the holidays feels like you’ve fallen into a Hallmark movie. I’m sure this place is insanely wonderful in the summer!

This is a fabulous property. Excellent amenities, attentive hosts and located near wineries and about 10-15min from downtown. We have stayed here the last few years and have loved it!

Awesome House on an Awesome Lake

Large, new build that was clean and perfect for our family that wanted to waterski and jetski. We rented a 23’ Malibu Wakesetter and jetski from Aussie Sports that is near by. Perfect house made for a very memorable vacation.

Awesome House on an Awesome Lake

My family and I stayed at this very clean, well maintained, amazing property on Silver Lake. We’ll worth the money. Dock was perfect for Malibu wakesetter boat and jetski rental from Aussie Watersports which is close by.

Amazing Home!

The overall stay was amazing!!! Everything was nice and exactly as explained. To be honest, much better! Bart was a great help with everything with every question I had. Views were amazing and an overall wonderful stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Bachelorette Party

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I can’t tell if I was more blown away with the interior or the view. Extremely clean upon arrival. We had an absolute blast, we didn’t even want to leave! I would say my only reservation is the size of the beds, but we made it work!

We will be back

We had a lot of fun in Traverse City with friends and family. The house was plenty to host, and everything worked as advertised. We will be back, but next time when the lake isn’t frozen over!

Great Vacation

Our family just returned from a week in Traverse City and the experience was fabulous! We were 10 adults and 8 children ... grandparents, parents and kids and we had the best time. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations and everything we could have possibly needed or wanted was provided. The children kayaked, paddle-boarded, swam, caught minnows (and threw them back!), and put down a long slip-n-slide to the water's edge. We can never thank our hosts enough for providing such a warm and inviting place for us to spend a week.

Property location and amenities are excellent, however the water in the house has a very peculiar odor and taste, which makes showers rather unpleasant. Had to use bottled water for any toothbrushing and coffee.

Nice home!

This is a nice home that is accurately described on the listing. The weather didnt cooperate during our stay so we were extra thankful for the pool table, ping pong, etc. My only suggestion to the owner is that they have some bedside lights or even a small lamp by the bedside to accomodate reading a book while in bed. Other than that, all was great. I would bet this house is pretty awesome in the summer!

Clean modern house, very well appointed, lots of space for family group of 5 adults. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and some warm days to use the kayaks and paddle boards.
