We absolutely loved staying at Zephyr Winds! The house was gorgeous, the pool was perfect, and best of all the property manager was extremely communicative via text. Highly recommend for a stay with a larger group!

We are shocked to read the review you left regarding your stay at our property. It's surprising to see the comments about cleanliness, as our home has always been maintained to the highest standards, a fact supported by all our previous reviews. During your 4-night stay, which included your wedding night, there were no complaints raised about cleanliness. You left flowers before your departure, along with your positive feedback at the time, which made the review quite unexpected. Our commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment is evident in the care we take with our property, something that I believe is well-documented through photographs and past guest experiences. While our aim is for all guests to have an enjoyable stay, it is equally important that our house rules are respected and the property is treated with care. Unfortunately, upon your departure, we encountered that the house, including the kitchen and bathroom, was left in an unclean state. Your late checkout request, which we gladly accommodated until 13:00, also adds to our confusion, as it suggests you were comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. Given the circumstances and the lack of any complaints during your stay, We are concerned that the review may not fully reflect your experience. After reflecting on your recent visit, we've concluded that we might not be the best fit for your future accommodation needs. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best in your travels.

Beautiful peaceful stay

Has a great stay here with my husband and our group of 10 friends. Pool was so amazing. Beautiful 5 BR 3 B. Plenty of space in the living room and dining areas for us to relax. Would recommend for any large groups or families. The property manager Vicki was very prompt with answering texts and any questions we had. One challenges: our A/C was not working all weekend. Vicki and the team came very promptly to come address the issue, which we appreciated. I thought they resolved the issue, but it was still high 70s in the house all weekend. Not a huge issue with the pool and us being out and about, but challenging at times.

Misleading location. They advertised it as 1 1/2 miles from town, more like 9 miles.

Location is misrepresented, 9 miles from town, not 1 1/2 miles. Remote control without batteries, broken toilet paper holder. Toothbrush from previous tenant, broker master bedroom door, stained carpets. Overpriced!!! I’ll submit a complain with my credit card holder.

Hi Roger, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - We've confirmed that our listing does not advertise the home being half a mile from downtown. We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking and encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - The TV remote works perfectly well, we have a "smart" tv and were happy to come to the home when you reached out to show you how to use it. - The toilet paper holder was in good condition before your stay and has since been fixed. - We always leave a clean toothbrush for guests, as we've found that this can be a commonly forgotten item that we're happy to provide. The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you, we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!

This house was supposed to be able to accommodate 10 adults however it’s not provisioned adequately for 10. Here are some tips for the owners if they want to be successful: 1.). Sheets should be the size of each bed. King sheets should not be on queen or full beds it’s very uncomfortable if the sheets are not sized for the bed. Ideally each bed would have crisp white sheets sets (flat, fitted, pillowcase). 2.). All beds need adequate pillows for the number of guest you advertise for. That does not include decorative pillows. Each person needs a pillow with a regular pillowcase. A sham is not a regular pillowcase. I went without a pillow because my friend didn’t have one. 3.). There should be towel sets for the number of expected guests. ( at least) These towels should be clean and not smell like mothballs. And pool towels are not bath towels. Our recommendations: get nice towel sets enough to accommodate the number of guest you expect. These towels should be pre washed and should not fall apart when washed. 4.). Your kitchen needs to be provisioned for the number of people you are advertising for. 10 people need 10 plates, bowls, glasses, silver service, wine glasses etc. That does not mean mismatched odds and ends, but matching nice sets that are appropriately matched to your beautiful kitchen and family room. We could not seat any meal or even have a glass of wine together because of the lack of appropriate dishes. 5.). The living quarters in the garage is just uncomfortable for guests. Is someone coming into the garage while we are sleeping? Who lives in the garage? How can we sleep when someone we don’t know is living in the garage? It’s odd and hard to understand. Bottom line, part of your house is wonderful and part is uncomfortable. I understand if you are just starting out and I hope you are working to make this better. Our group had a good conversation as to our review and we decided that we want you to be successful so we should be honest snd let you know what should be improved.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the sheet style and color didn't meet your preferences. - There are about 4 pillows on each bed but we would have been happy to provide you with more had you reached out, we apologize that you went without a pillow during your trip. - We have 10 sets of pool towels and 10 sets of bath towels at the home. While they are not all the same color, they are in good condition for guest use. - There are two complete sets of dishware for the kitchen so that 10 guests can be accommodated at the same time. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to bring over any additional kitchen items. - The garage is used as a "man cave" when we are visiting the home! The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you, we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!

Amazing property!

This house is amazing. The house is so spacious and the pool is so nice! Checking in with Vicki was really helpful. It was a personal touch that made the stay much nicer. Having so much land with cows and horses was fun - constantly entertaining to watch them. It was so nice to have space and privacy while being super close to target, Costco, and other shops. The other reviews are right - definitely bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in past 6:30 in the master. A great room just come prepared. It can also get windy so make sure to bring layers for the morning/evening. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend!

My Sister’s Family Getaway

This property was amazing. We celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here, didn’t do much, but my family was having a great time, just enjoying each other’s company and we were more than comfortable here. Haramjeet was an amazing host, she’s very easy to communicate with and very generous with requests. I asked her if we could see her animals for the kids and she had her rancher bring out the cows and horses, and it was an amazing time and I highly recommend this property and we’ll sure want to use this one again.

GREAT GETAWAY!

The online pictures of this property did not disappoint. We were met upon our arrival at the home by the owner's representative, Vicki, who was very gracious. She showed us, in detail, the various amenities of the house, along with explaining how to use the pool lights/waterfall. We particularly enjoyed taking in the beautiful sunset and the subsequent morning sunrise by the pool and the views of the surrounding vineyards and farm animals grazing in the surrounding fields. One minor issue was how to work the television. We could not figure out how to switch the TV apps to an actual TV program. The only time this was an issue was when we wanted to watch a football game! Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again in the future and recommend it to family and friends who want a little getaway from the sounds of the city.

House had great space, air flow, pool and outdoor space is beautiful. Kitchen needs some more supplies, like baking sheets and regular kitchen stuff. My biggest thing, is that there was way too much contact between the property manager, owner and me. I must have gotten 20 text messages starting two weeks before the stay thru this morning, when my rental was over. I paid thru Friday morning but had planned to leave by 2p on Thursday. I felt like they were either rushing me out and/or didn’t trust the house would be left clean. I have stayed in over 25 Vrbo rentals with zero issues. This rental was for work. I would NEVER leave a rental a mess as I’d like the deposit back. It would have been easy to give this 4 or 5 stars. But I don’t like being treated like the rental was a favor to me or that I am a teenager, trying to trash a rental house.

Great House

We had a very nice stay. The kitchen was lacking in some of the essentials, making it hard to cook a couple meals. Beautiful location, but a ways from shopping. Gorgeous House & Pool and enjoyed walking around the Ranch!.
