Sunny vacation rental home in Elk Grove minutes to downtown, Old Town, and Sleep Train Arena. Private pool (SPA/HOT TUB is currently not available) with an AMAZING BACKYARD! Located in a quiet neighborhood, 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Open concept kitchen and dining room to take in sunlight. Enjoy our Roku TV watching all available shows at the family room.
(Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.

The space
This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.
Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / dining area to enjoy meals with your family facing the pool.
Amazing backyard to enjoy during summer times.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable queen side sofa and a love set coach; 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Spa heat from 7:30pm to 9:30pm daily
We only offer charcoal BBQ grill. We no longer offer the propane grill for safety reason.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.

- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.

- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.

Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

The host was very responsive and timely. The property is in a very nice neighborhood close to one of the nicest city parks we have seen. It was a perfect location for us with quick access to old downtown Elk Grove We plan to return next year when we will be in Elk Grove to celebrate my mom’s 100th birthday

House is great, location and stay. The pool is beautiful! A couple minor items, there were ants in the master bathroom. This may have been due to the excessive rain. There is only 1 tv and it is in the living room. Normally that would not be an issue, but the couch is really old and it’s like sitting on the floor. The kitchen has a good set up, but there are 2 microwaves. One kinda works and the other worked better. There were several plug that did not seem to work, and several lights flicker in the kitchen. While the house does come with a washer and dryer, the dryer never got our laundry dry. I think this is a known issue and there were sheets on lines in the garage and the towels smelled like mildew. That said, it was a good stay. On an important note, the beds and bedding are fabulous!!!

Great quiet spot in Elk Grove. Tge BBQ amenities are great too! I love cooking in the Green Egg.

The house was great. Communication was very good when we had a question or two. Location is great - very quiet neighborhood but stores, freeway, etc only a few minutes away. Pool was a good size for the two of us, but is a bit smaller than the angle of the photo makes it look like.

Sac getaway

The property is very beautiful even better in person. I would most definitely recommend that you stay at their home:) I do plan to come back next time I visit Sacramento! The area is quiet and the neighbors are nice. My family and I had an amazing time. Thank you!

House was very clean, decor was very nice, beds were comfortable. I chose this place because I really liked the pictures I saw of the nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen however I missed the fine print that said hot tub, and gas bbq were not working so was a big let down. Yard was overgrown, many outdoor lights not working, had to walk thru master bedroom to get to outdoor kitchen because outdoor path was muddy. Most utensils were broken. Pest control came to spray unannounced so we had to pack up our backyard spread and stay inside for a while. Various lights were out and in the kitchen lights would blink on and off constantly . We still made the best of it and kids still had some fun in the pool. Lesson learned, read the fine print carefully in description!!! I feel the house needs a very in depth once over to fix a lot of small issues. Back yard needs a good clearing of overgrowth. Probably would not stay here again but if the owner fixed these fairly minor issues, would be a great rental.

Great property

We had a lovely stay in this property in Elk Grove. It was clean, spacious and comfortable and pool area was great. We had a little difficulty at check in however host was very quick to help and was resolved quickly. Would be happy to stay here again.

outdoor space is outstanding, with perfect setup for socializing and cooking. indoor space is clean and modern. kitchen is a little understocked if you plan to cook meals, but plenty of plates and glasses.

We rented this home traveling in from Idaho to visit family and for Easter weekend. This home is advertised with a strong emphasis on the pool. While the listing noted that the spa would not be available over Easter weekend, the pool was expected to be accessible. Upon arrival, however, the pool was not operational: there was no circulation, it was filled with dirt, leaves, and debris, and we had to clean it ourselves. Additionally, the pool was not heated and the filtration system was turned off.We contacted both the host and VRBO. A maintenance worker was sent out, but he did not have access to the locked pool equipment area and was unable to resolve the issue. He informed us that the owner controls the system remotely, which explains why everything was turned off. This also suggests that access to the spa may have been possible if properly managed.Inside the home, the furnishings and supplies were very minimal and of low quality. Missing a lot of necessary utensils for cooking. The vents in the bathrooms and throughout the house were visibly unclean and appear to be poorly maintained. The heater/air conditioning controls were preset and controlled remotely.Overall, the experience felt misleading and did not match the expectations set by the listing. A typical BAIT AND SWITCH. Throughout the weekend contact with the host mainly was just “sorry for the inconvenience”. I requested one nights refund and a follow up and nothing has been responded to in over 24 hours.

Although the place was clean and the location was good, there were many issues I had. Communication was very poor. When I arrived I could not get in due to a mix up with the door code. When I attempted to contact the host I didn’t get a response until 8 hours later. I was able to figure it out on my own, but when inside, i sent another message with a question regarding the pool and jacuzzi and didn’t receive an answer until the next day. Also, the listing shows a backyard grill, but it was not usable as there wasn’t any propane and getting propane wasn’t even an option as the propane door was locked. Overall, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

Simple & Perfect!

When we arrived during for getaway, me and my significant other had a smooth, easy process getting into the home which made the stay more enjoyable knowing the home was secured & VERY clean. If you could say home away from home, this would be the perfect place! The owner provided Wi-Fi & the basics for cooking tools in the home along with cutlery & plates to dine away! The view of the pool & hot tub was beautiful to see light up at night! In the early morning we enjoyed looking at the neighborhood cats sitting in the garden area while we ate our breakfast, but they never disturbed us or caused any kind of issue except warmth in my heart as I have a kitten at my own residence. Thank you for the truly lovely stay and hospitality! Hopefully we are lucky to book with Alfonso again!

Fantastic property in a great location. Comfortable, clean and the pool was amazing. Hot tub is only on from 7pm-9pm, but honestly it was perfect because it was too hot during the day anyways. Kitchen is a little under stocked compared to other properties we have stayed, but easily fixable, just plan ahead. Bring towels for the pool as there aren’t many in the home. Fantastic patio area to bbq on the charcoal grill and hang out. No tv’s in the bedroom, but this was a bonus for us as we needed to unplug. Only recommendations I have, the showers need some anti slip strips and the master bath really needs a sliding barn door as there is no door on it now. If you are traveling to this area and looking for a rental, snatch this one up if available. You won’t be sorry!

Clean, Spacious, and Lovely

What a great space. It was just right for our family of four to hunker down during some family gatherings in town. The place was spotless and well-maintained to hotel quality. TV and the internet were great. Plenty of seating and eating space. All the furniture was comfortable. It was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood not far from the freeway, shops, and restaurants. I have ZERO hesitation in recommending this place, in fact, we to reserve it again next year! A couple of things to note: If you want to do major cooking, as other reviews have stated, there are just the bare essentials. For quick stuff, it's fine, but for you chef types, bring your own stuff. There are also not many towels, so if you plan on using the hot tub or pool, you may want to bring your own or request more before you arrive. Lastly, the hot tub only operates for two hours a day and is set for 7:30-9:30pm with no ability to change.

Read the fine print and between the lines

The house was beautiful, obviously newly updated in some areas. We struggled to get information about our stay and were literally on the plane going to California and we still had not received an address to the home, so that was a bit stressful. The beds were comfy and the house temperature was adjustable, so that was a bonus. Everything mentioned in his listing is accurate except for the kitchen being well-stocked. The kitchen has a gas stove top. Be careful though, one of th dials sticks & it's hard to shut off. There is a mini keurig and a mini microwave and a toaster. There are so many things missing from this kitchen, I could not possibly list them all. I can list all the things in the kitchen to cook and serve with though. One large pot, one small pot, one medium pot. 3 small and medium lids.(No large lids to cover frying pan or large pot). One (very used and scratched up) frying pan. One - small, flat glass dish suitable for serving crackers. One collander. That is it. If you plan on grilling, there are no utensils for the grill. Nothing to help you start a fire. And the grill lid is broken so be careful, it falls on you and it is heavy.The hall bathroom tub is full of holes and cracks. Like they tried to reglaze the tub, but it failed. When you step on the tub all this gross water comes out of the holes. We did not let
