This place was really nice. Super good condition and really enjoyed the layout of the house for our family.Also it was close to Disney, which is a plus. Took 15 mins to get there each morning.

The home was beautiful, very spacious and in a nice and quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice stay. It’s very close to a lot of stores and restaurants which made it convenient. It was a quick drive to Disney world.

Relaxing Easter Break in Florida

Our family of five from Bermuda enjoyed a lovely Easter break at this townhouse rental in Kissimmee. The cozy interior and easily accessible surrounding shops provided a perfect backdrop for our getaway. While some minor upkeep and repairs are needed, overall, it's an excellent spot for families looking to unwind.

Nice property and amenities!!! no need to heat the pool when you have the community pool/lazy river/slides/and bar within 2 blocks of you. Would stay again. Evolve was great when first morning toilet was broken. Response time was fantastic and problem solved very quickly.

The house was wonderful, only a couple of issues. No toilet paper was left and the rolls were mostly empty so we had to provide more, and the floors a squeaky, but overall the experience was fantastic. The house was close to where we needed to be and was great for the 6 of us. Thanks!

Home was cozy and super nice and quiet. Fans and vent are dirty. I swept under the sofa and found garbage and pair of dirty socks. Sad to see that the homeowner pays to have their home cleaned.

2020 Disney Nationals Dance Competition Stay

Townhouse was beautiful and very clean. Location is great, about 5-10 minutes from most parks. Furnitures and decor were gorgeous, and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint that we have is we were never notified that the entrance gate closes at 7pm. We arrived after 7 and the gates were closed, we were unable to get into the development. We circled around a few times until someone got dropped off by Uber and was able to direct us to the other entrance (Storey Lane). Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

I would definitely recommend this house . It is a great location And it was comfortable and clean.!

Overall, this was a great house to stay in . There was some shortcomings like the remote in one room didn’t work must of had dead batteries,It got a little stuffy at the temperature staying at 72. We had trouble with the lights and the lamps and fans all linking up and working at once.also the coffee machine leaked. These concerns were all brought to the property manager attention.she also was supposed to bring by information on nearby parks and eating locations. This was promised it was never done. Everything said we did have a great vacation!

We could not sleep to well the mattress were verye uncomfortable

They need a better cleaning for the sheets and replace those mattress they all very uncomfortable. The resort pool was ok the lazy river always dirty. My daughter enjoy the slides really good . The resort segurity is not too good is wide open place any body can go in any time I'm not sure what was the problem with the gates sometimes they open by they self and other times didn't open is not like the others resort that have people opening the gates for you

Property needs attention!

While the overall accommodations were okay, the property needs some attention. Missing vertical blinds, broken sliding door handle, horrible and dirty linen that was truly disgusting. The bathroom tubs and showers should have protective slip guards applied to prevent slipping accidents. Upon check in, the property manager should ensure the door key codes are working properly and stop making excuses as to why things are not done. I would not recommend this property until some maintenance is done.

Overall not impressed

The location of the property was very nice with plenty of parking for our vehicles right outside the front door. I was disappointed with the items in the kitchen. There was no big bowl to mix up a salad, there was no dish soap to wash dishes, the garbage disposal, didn’t work. And there were no kitchen towels! In the bathroom, There were a few hardware items that were broken. Pool skimmer didn’t have a handle on it so it was rather challenging to get the worms and bugs out of the pool.

Good location. Needs more attention

We booked this for our family Disney vacation . We stayed 6 nights and 5 days. Location is great. Check in was easy and quick. Neighborhood pool area is nice for young families for a down day if going to parks. Issues we had - no TP - no paper towels - no garbage bags - no soap - hair on towels and in bathrooms -couch downstairs was filthy - beds were ok but sheets were dirty - carpet floors upstairs need cleaning. -pool outside is a glorified bathtub. Very small - home was hot. Couldn’t bring AC below 72degrees - fans weren’t helpful in the bedrooms. Overall. I wouldn’t recommend. We were disappointed . It was just a spot to sleep. Needs a deep clean and updating inside.

Good location, house dirty

Ants all over beds,counter tops and floors through out the house I’m assuming from the dust and old food under dressers and beds and tables very dirty, old food(chips, crackers etc..) lost internet for a day due to the power outlet box in closet loosing all power in it, we went and got an extension cord from Walmart and plugged everything into it from the power box and plugged into an outlet in the bedroom for us to have internet (wifi) light switch inside the house in living room had water leaking out of it when it rained and under it had an outlet with no face cover on it, think a fire hazard ?? Also toilet roll holder falling off the wall, this place could be really nice due to the great location and the great pool on the resort property with a great lazy river and mini golf if only it had a really good deep deep clean and upkeep every time house guests check out.

This place was not “immaculate” as described in the description. Needs a deep cleaning. Property manager is a joke as we had issues with the main floor toilet not working which was NEVER resolved during our stay. We had to carry our handicap sister up the stairs to second floor every time she had to use the restroom- but we were told it wasn’t an emergency. WTH!? The owner knew there were issues but never resolved anything during our stay. No discount was offered or given. Keep scrolling if you want a decent place to stay.

Not a bad property but make sure you read the manual...

The communication is non-existent but the manual is very thorough. Cleanliness was acceptable but we had to do some lite cleaning upon arrival. The house was easy to find with gps, person at the gate was overwhelmed, he did a good job checking us in and moving the line along. The gate by our house did not work, you had to call to get in every time you wanted in and most of the time the phone was not answered. We waited for someone to leave and we would sneak through the exit gate to get in. If this was a normally priced unit, I would recommend but due the high price we paid, I would say the expectations were not met.

The local property manager also personally reaches out, but they never heard back from you - They would have immediately addressed any cleanliness concerns had you contacted them during your stay - They did let you know that the side gate is an exit only, and as a result, security does not always answer calls from the side gate In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to your local contact with any questions or concerns that you may have - they're available 24/7 to ensure that guests have a great stay at this vacation home!

Disappointing

*Towels were worn and had large holes in them. Someone did come by the next day with towels and 2 washcloths. *There were not enough towels and only one washcloth per bathroom. We went and bought our own towels and washcloths. *The garbage disposal never worked while we were there. *The closet door to the upstairs master was broken when we checked in. *The diningroom chairs and bar stools are stained and dirty. *The back entry gate never worked and we had to go through the wrong side to get in the complex which is very dangerous. *We had to buy batteries to get the remotes to work. It was definitely in a nice location and a nice floor plan. It is a shame the house is not kept up to basic needs and cleanliness as it has great potential. Evolve took over and was not responsive.

Decent stay, upkeep was an issue

Overall the stay was ok. The issues that we found were due to the lack of upkeep of the property. The master bath tub did not drain efficiently, so you stood in a tub of water while showering. The shower curtain in this bathroom was filthy and moldy. We had to take it off prior to using the shower. There wasn’t any toilet paper in any of the bathrooms upon arrival. The outlet cover on the outside of the island in the kitchen was cracked and broken off and should be replaced. That is a huge hazard for small children. The cloth dining and island chairs are terribly stained and should be replaced with material that can be wiped down and sanitized. We couldn’t close the blinds in the living room because there are multiple pieces missing. Those pieces should be replaced or replace the entire unit. We couldn’t figure out how to use the dishwasher on, but I’m willing to believe that it was non-functioning since there was an odor when you open it. It would have been nice to have a mop available on property to clean up any spills that occurred during our stay.

Beware!

We have stayed in a vacation rental in Storey Lake before, and it was wonderful, the amenities are nice, the neighborhood seems nice, great location close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and not far from theme parks. However, I encourage anyone to read this review before booking this particular vacation home. First off, when we first arrived, there were little black ants all over the home. On countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, on floors of the entryway and bathrooms, on furniture in the bedrooms, and on walls. We sent the rental company a message through the app, in which they responded promptly that they would notify the guest contact.Still waiting to hear from her. The home was not properly cleaned. There were hairs all over the bathroom floors, couches, in the showers, in the washer, in the carpets in all rooms, on the stairs, literally everywhere that should have been cleaned, which let us know that a basic clean was probably not even done. We found dirty underwear/bathing suits in one of the rooms, found kitchen utensils upstairs in one of the bedrooms, dirty towels in the washer/dryer. The furniture downstairs was very stained and needs cleaning or replacing. There were bloodstains on the mattresses. Very gross. To top it all off, the air stopped working the last night,and the temperature reached 80 degrees in the home. Very disappointing. Save yourself some disappointment and book a different rental home in the Storey Lake community. Beware.

Nice house, very roomy

The house was nice, big enough for our family. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The club house was as advertised with pool, lazy river, spa, and gym. 20 minute drive to Disney Parks an Universal is nice. The only negatives we had were very limited amenities, half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, half roll of paper towels in the kitchen with no dish towels. The biggest issue was the pass to get in the drive through gate to the property, a piece of paper with a barcode that rarely worked, had to use the call box most of the time or hope someone was driving out so you could drive through the out gate.. Overall it was a good place to stay for our vacation .

Wonderful

My family and I had an wonderful and exciting time in this townhouse. We are a family of 6 and it was perfect for us. I would recommend getting a mop for when getting out of the pool, I looked for one and couldn't find one. I didn't like using the towels. That's just a suggestion. But we loved it!!!! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you all for such a lovely experience!! YOU ROCK!!
