1865, a Civil War-era development, which includes a once-utilized Tobacco Auction house, has now been reimagined into a truly uncommon condominium building. Each of the units in this new construction addition is strikingly unique with an all-brick structure exterior alongside a railroad track where the freight trains slowly come in and out of the city center.

Nashville!

We absolutely loved Nashville 10 years ago and included it on our way to The Smoky Mountains. The condo we stayed at was very nice but they are on top of active train tracks. Sleeping was fine but it was noisy during the day. The host has been hired by the owner. They are very responsive to questions and comments but it didn't seem as personable as communicating with a local owner.

Great location & well-furnished

Pros: 1. Excellent location and you're a $10-$15 uber fare away from most places. 2. Outstanding appliances. 3. Reasonably nice seating area. 4. Reasonably comfortable bedroom. 5. Plenty of parking and I felt safe. 6. Nice workout gym. 7. If I could give 10 stars to the property manager, I would. I stayed for 30 days and had a few questions during that time. THE LONGEST RESPONSE TIME TO MY EMAIL WAS 4 MINUTES. Absolutely outstanding. Cons: 1. The property is 20 yards from an active railroad track. They do come by at night and sometimes (even though they shouldn't), that darn train engineer blasts his horn. Made me think of My Cousin Vinny more than one time! That said, it's a quiet place when the train leaves and I fell right back to sleep. 2. I stayed during a very rare snowstorm in Nashville and was chagrined to discover that there was ZERO snow (and subsequently ice) removal. Quite dangerous, actually. All in all, I will stay here again. Mostly because I have absolute certainty that if I ever have a problem, Kevin (property manager) will make my concerns go away immediately. He really was/is that good.

Perfect place to stay.

Very secure place. Clean. Just as described.Close to most of places,but would'nt walk. We used uber and was really not expensive. Did drive around a few days on our own and it was all good. Will be back if we head to Nashville again. Very quick response by host.
