Sehr schönes Haus, Zufahrt zum Haus für grössere Autos mit Hinterradantrieb (in unserem Fall Mercedes V) schwierig (steil und unbefestigt). Service einfach super, Glasflasche am Sonntag leer, Anruf beim Vermieter nach einer halben Stunde war sie gewechselt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Tolle Lage in nettem Haus

Wie waren eine Woche im Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung ca. 200 m vom Strand weg. Der Ort Torre Delle Stelle ist in einer Bucht gelegen. Der Strand ist super, ganz klares sauberes Wasser und sauberer Sand. Gut besucht, aber man findet (Ende August) genug Platz. Freundliches Publikum.Toller Kiosk. Zum Haus: Sehr netter Empfang durch Verwalterin. Komplett ausgestattet. In Küche und Wohnraum sehr warm, der Schlafbereich wird aber effektiv klimatisiert. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung italienisch rustikal - nicht sehr gemütlich, aber alles ok. Ein schöner Aufenthalt und zu empfehlen.

Beautiful stay in july 2024

We travelled with our two sons to Sardinia in summer and spent our fifth stay in Torre delle Stelle - the first time in this villa. We loved spending our holidays there: - Easy, quick and reliable contact with the agency - A very personal introduction and welcome - An experience which fulfilled all expections created by the advertisement here - Possibility of earlier check-in and later check-out which we appreciated a lot - Spacious villa wirh several terraces - Great: Air condition in all sleeping rooms - Only very short walk to the wonderful beach - Quiet neighborhood All in all a perfect stay!

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde, großzügiges, rustikales Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Great Easter Holidays

Nice Villa with a beautiful garden only 2 min foot walk from the beach. We had a good time with surprisingly sunny weather at this time of the year. Our contact person provided us with plenty of tips for places to visit around South Sardinia.

Delightful property and location

Our host Cinzia was very personal, helpful and attentive. The villa occupied a stunning location close to the beach, a fabulous deli/ supermarket, a bar where we enjoyed coffee and croissants each morning and a pizzeria/ fish restaurant where we dined a few times. Best of all perhaps were the many wonderful local Sardinian people who helped to make our stay so utterly pleasurable. We loved the villa and it’s various outdoor terraces and our swims in the sea, both early morning and late afternoon followed by the use of the outdoor shower. What was slightly disappointing though was that all of the sun loungers were broken, unusable as were the two beach umbrellas. We would highly recommend this villa and location which afforded us a most restful and enjoyable weeks’ stay ,as two couples, in glorious sunshine.

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Weg zum wunderschönen Sandstrand ist kurz. Cinzia, stets freundlich, hat immer gute Tips für die Urlauber. Dieses Anwesen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Tolles Haus, schöne Gegend

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Haus. Nur wenige gehminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Supermärkte und Restaurants Zt in fußläufiger Nähe. Für Sightseeing und Gegend erkunden sollte man allerdings ein Auto/Mietwagen haben das es dort eher eine ruhige Gegend ist. Am Strand gibt es ein kleines Bistro mit Getränken und Snaks, Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mit Blick auf's Wasser vorhanden. Sonnenliegen, Schirme, Standuppaddling und kleine Boote sind ebenfalls mietbar. Eine Tauchschule ist auch in der Nähe. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr engagiert und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Beautiful location. Property was amazing the and owner provided great information about the local area and was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday home. Only 3-4 mins walk from the beach.

Live like a local in a beautiful Italian summer paradise

The house is perfect for a idyllic summer holiday by the beach! It’s a 5 min walk downhill directly on to what we thought was the most perfect beach/ seaside we’ve ever been to - the sand is pure and white, the water is clear and shallow, there is no unwanted attention on the beach, it’s perfect for kids and adults alike. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 1) and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Cinzia was an incredible host to meet us and be in truly amazing contact before and throughout our stay - thank you Cinzia! She arranged a high chair and toddler cot for us - also both were perfect. There’s everything you need - AC in the bedrooms, shutters black out the light from the rooms when needed, dishwasher and washing machine, even stuff you can use on the beach (parasol, bucket & spade, etc!), beautiful terrace to eat out on (take mosquito spray!!!) and even an outdoor shower to hose down from the sand when you come back to the house. The local supermarket is a 10 min walk or 5 min drive and it has everything you would ever need, and next door is a fishmonger with sensational local seafood, as well as a cafe/ bar. The house is a 40 min drive from Cagliari Airport, very straightforward journey (€100 taxi one way if you’re not hiring a car). There are some options for restaurants around, but we shopped and cooked local produce ourselves at the house mostly - highly recommended you do that. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’d love to come back again :) xx

Was uns sehr gefallen hat: - alleinstehende Villa mit großem Garten und 4 Terrassen. Seitlicher, aber schöner Blick auf den Strand, die Bucht und das Meer. - 3 große Schlafzimmer mit Mückengittern und Klimaanlage - nur 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand - traumhafte Badebucht - gute und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fischladen), Restaurants und Strandbar - sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Man merkt sofort, dass die Eigentümer hier selbst Urlaub machen - unglaublich herzliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Cinzia. Was man verbessern könnte: - wir konnten keinen Toaster oder Weingläser finden - der Grill und die Grillroste waren nicht sauber - es gab zwar einen Safe, der war aber verschlossen

Ein wundervoller Stiller Ort mit Blick auf die Bucht

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Leider war es zu dem Zeitpunkt doch noch etwas kalt (Anfang/Mitte April), so dass wir abends den Kamin anmachen mussten. Und zum Glück kehren auch genug Decken da. Aber das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten richtig gut genießen und Abschalten. Tipp: Niemals den Schalter vom Warmwasser ausstellen (sieht aus wie ein Lichtschalter) Und nochmal beachten, dass Bettwäsche (damit meine ich nicht Bettdecke und Kissen) und Handtücher nicht inklusive sind! Das hatten wir beim Buchen irgendwie übersehen.

Haus mit Charme mit fantastischem Blick

Sehr schöne Villa im sardischen Stil mit wunderbarem Blick. Am Hang gelegen, nur wenige Geh-Minuten zu einer schönen Meeresbucht mit traumhaften Sandstrand. Cinzia hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und mit vielen interessanten lokalen Infos versorgt. Danke für einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Lage Torre delle Stelle super, Infrastruktur schlecht.

Das Haus ist für sein alter ok. Gut das eine Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich war. Kleine altersbedingte Mängel, Beleuchtung, Toreinfahrt, etc.. Nachteilig ist die Zuwegung, Schotterweg mit großer Steigung, sehr ausgefahren. Viele Schlaglöcher.

Splendida vacanza

Bellissima villa con un panorama splendido. Molto pulita, con tre camere matrimoniali, tre bagni, e due magnifiche terrazze dove fare colazione la mattina e cenare la sera all'ombra. Comunicazione con l' host perfetta, ci ha aiutato e consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e molte attività. La casa è perfettamente tenuta e completa di tutto anche in cucina. L'unico neo, ma indipendente dall'host è la strada di accesso, non asfaltata e non molto agevole, ma ininfluente sul giudizio finale.

Gute Erfahrung in der Nachsaison

Ein schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und sehr schönem Garten. Viele Sitzplätze auf verschiedenen Terrassen mit herrlichen Blüten und Meerblick. Freundlicher Kontakt und viele Tips von Cinzia. Den Ferienort Torre delle Stelle gibt es seit Jahrzehnten, viele Italieniener haben dort ihr „Haus am Meer“, alles ist schön eingewachsen, und auch in der Nachsaison hat noch ein Supermarkt und die Bars/Restaurants offen. Der lokale Strand ist gut für kleine Kinder und nur einen oder zwei Steinwürfe entfernt. Das Haus ist älter, aber gut gepflegt; jedoch bietet es nicht den allerneuesten Komfort. Die Küche und die Treppe eignen sich am besten für nicht sehr große Menschen. Zusätzlich zum Mietpreis haben wir noch die Endreinigung und eine Wäschepauschale bezahlt.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer mit 100 % Wohlfühlcharakter

Das große Grundstück ist wunderschön mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer, was in 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus erreichbar ist. Auch die Lage ist optimal, der Ort Torre delle Stelle ist eher ruhig, aber man braucht nicht länger als 30 Minuten nach Cagliari oder Villasimius. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt genügend Badezimmer. Wir waren als Freunde dort (5 Leute). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cinzia, die uns so herzlich empfangen hat und uns so super Tipps gegeben hat. Sie ist immer erreichbar und hilft einem sofort weiter! Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und sie hat trotzdem alles direkt möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit nahegelegenem Strand

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage mit einem gigantischen Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge und den Strand vorgefunden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Min Fußweg. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings sehr abenteuerlich da die Straßen teilweise nicht befestigt sind. Das Haus hat 4 sehr schöne Terrassen, gut eingerichtete Zimmer und die Küchenausstattung war auch ok., allerdings ohne Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Betten waren für unser Empfinden zu schmal. Gefreut hat es mich das alle Fenster mit Mückennetzen versehen sind und das die Schlafräume mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung der Objektmanagerin Cezia. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist in ständigem Kontakt mit uns gewesen. Wir sind ausreichend mit Informationen und Tipps versorgt worden. Vielen, vielen Dank für die große Mühe !! Als Tipp von uns: unbedingt Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen da man am Tag auf der Terrasse von Tigermücken zerstochen wird. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Villa con vista spettacolare

La casa è una bellissima villa circondata da un ampio giardino da cui si gode di una vista splendida come anche dalle numerose terrazze. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Le strade di Torre delle stelle sono in parte sterrate e l'accesso alla villa può essere un po' difficoltoso. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo un soggiorno in questa sistemazione.

Villa mit schönem Garten und Ausblick

Schönes großes mediterran ausgestattetes Haus mit mehreren Terrassen. Man hat eine herrliche Sicht auf den Strand, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Cinzia hat uns sehr gut mit vielen interessanten lokalen Tipps unterstützt - vielen Dank!! Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht aus das Meer

Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet mit vielen Terrassen und einem Pizzagrill. Man hat eine herrliche Sicht auf das Meer. Es sind nur 150m zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unterstützen gerne. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder das Haus buchen.

Ciao! I’m Andrea, a proud Sardinian from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardegna. Growing up here, I developed a deep appreciation for the island’s rich history, stunning landscapes, and unique culture.

My education focused on human sciences, including Philosophy, History, Literature, Art, and Languages, followed by studies in Economics and Business. I later pursued Hospitality and Business Management, further fueling my passion for tourism.

Traveling the world from a young age taught me to embrace different cultures and create lasting connections. This global perspective, combined with Sardegna’s ancient traditions and natural beauty, inspired me to share my homeland with visitors from all over. I lead an active lifestyle, enjoying activities like motorbiking, windsurfing, basketball, spelunking, and playing the guitar. I’m naturally organized, reliable, and passionate about helping others—qualities that make me a dedicated host.

Hosting travelers allows me to combine my love for Sardegna, meeting new people, and creating unforgettable experiences. I can’t wait to welcome you and help you make the most of your stay on this incredible island.
