2 floors of complete living space. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its own kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and deck. There is also a large rooftop deck with spectacular views of the sunset and perfect for 4th of July fireworks. The fully fenced in backyard is a great space for BBQs and outdoor dining.

The bedrooms are laid out as follows: 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed, 2 bedrooms with twin-over-full bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Great house in a great location!

My family has rented this beach house every summer for the last 5 years, with another family. It is a great rental. Comfortable, clean, good amenities and plenty of room for two or even possibly three families and in a convenient location. Easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and an amusement park! It makes a fabulous family vacation. Rent and enjoy!

We LOVE this house!

We rented this beautiful home for the first time in 2012. We loved it so much, we decided to rent again in 2013. After Hurricane Sandy, the owner sent us numerous updates about the home and surrounding areas. Communication from the owner is always perfect. LBI looks to have recovered well from the storm. We were pleasantly surprised with 4 beach badges to use for the week as well as a welcome box containing a "Jersey Strong" t-shirt. The house is always super clean and well furnished. There were a couple of boogie boards, bikes, chairs and a beach cart for us to use. We had about 2 good beach days until the fog and rain came. The house has so much room though, that it's possible for everyone to stay indoors while it's raining and still have space to relax, play games, or watch TV. The ideal location made it possible to grab our umbrellas and walk to the shops at Bay Village, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. We, of course, made it to the Hudson House across the street a few nights! There was a new outdoor grill and the back yard is great too. There is a large picnic table out there as well as an additional patio table and chairs that can be brought out from the garage. I personally love the outdoor shower. The kids go straight in after a long day at the beach and get dressed before even entering the house, which makes things a lot easier! We are very happy with this home, the location and with the owners. We highly recommend this home! We can't wait to go back next year!!

Beautiful Property and Perfect Location

The house is beautiful and neat as a pin. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was plenty of room for the whole extended family and we made great memories together. For quiet time, having a TV in every bedroom was great. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We have been staying on LBI for the past 10 years and this house is our favorite. This was our first visit to the house and it was immaculate and spacious (perfect for a large family or for two families). There were many nooks for privacy (terraces and a roof deck) and lots of places for comfortable socializing in either of the well-equipped kitchens or on the sectional couch. We especially loved the convenient location - perfectly situated to all the "action" of Fantasy Island, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owners are very responsive. Hope to visit again!

Great home for big/extended families

Lou and Tracy take wonderful care of their hone. They go out of their way to provide what guests will need. The home is a perfect configuration for extended families to be together while having their own space. Our favorite parts of the house are the roof top and front decks! It's a great home in the heart of Beach Haven!

Perfect Vacation...Great Home for Multiple Families

My in-laws rented this home for us during a week in July, 2015. We had a total of 11 people and a couple of strays here and there. This house was very centrally located. We walked everywhere! The beach is a quick walk away as is the bay. We had plenty of room and then some. With the two separate living spaces, the kids were able to do their thing without putting anyone else out. The outdoor spaces were so comfortable and spacious as well; again, separate spaces if needed. The house was clean and felt new. The owners were hospitable and extremely helpful. There is a very, highly rated bar across the street which was of a concern at first. However, it was so quiet that we forgot it was there. When we return to LBI, this is the house for us. I would highly recommend this home for multiple families, especially families with teens.

Great Beach House for Large Family

Rented this house for 3 weeks in August of 2013 and the family thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. Having rented with a large family for the past 20 years on LBI, it is always a challenge to find an affordable, functional, well maintained house on the beach side that can fit our group of 12. Well, this is it!!! Positives include a large garage for storage of beach stuff and room for a car if need be (I have a jeep and this was great), multiple TV's with cable throughout the house, multiple decks on each level for coffee in the mornings and cocktails at night (Roof deck with a great view of bay at sunset), central air, washer/dryer on each floor. In addition, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and corrected anything we brought to his attention. We are already booked for the same timeframe this summer and the family can't wait. This is a no brainer with a large group and not too far to the beach.

Great house for families

Great property for families, especially larger or extended families. We have been coming down to LBI for over a decade and this home is great. Having two kitchens and laundry rooms works perfectly for us and the layout is great for the kids. Very well kept home and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!!

My large family and I have been renting a beach house in NJ together for the past 6 years. This is, by far, the best house we have rented! There was ample space for all of us to relax and not be on top of eachother. There are ceiling fans and tv's in every room. The rooftop deck was great as were the other two smaller decks on each floor. The house was incredibly clean and furnished well. The location is perfect! We parked the cars on Saturday and didn't have to drive anywhere the entire week! The Beach, Bay Village, Fantasy Island, a playground, the marina and lots of shops and restaurants are all within walking distance! We had a blast at the Hudson House across the street as well! Don't worry about any bar noise, you don't realize just how many people are actually in there until you open the door, it's very quiet from the outside and everyone is very respectful of the neighbors.Everything about this house was perfect! We have already made our reservation for 2013! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice house but ...

The house is very nice and easily sleeps 12+. But no beach passes are provided ( a 250$ charge for 12 ) which is hard to believe given the price for rental. It is directly across the street from one of the more popular bars in the area making for lots of local traffic. The grill is way too small for that many people, was not cleaned prior to our arrival, both of which resulted in a grease fire. We cleaned up the grill and did our best to clean up before we left but still got hit with a $100 clean up fee and other charges including $5 for a cracked glass. We will not be returning.

Great Location and VERY Clean

The dual living areas worked great for our family and everything we needed was provided. And our son really enjoyed the rooftop deck. We also appreciated how clean it was! 13th St. is a great location on LBI. We parked the cars and walked everywhere. We made some great memories this week. Thanks again. :)

Great home for larage family

Beautiful home!!!! Very well maintained and in great condition. Plenty of room for a large family. Close to the beach and Bay Village. We rented the house for Chowderfest and would deffinetely stay there again.
