Fully renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Oceanside single family home in the heart of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. Walk to all the attractions (Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Mini-Golf, etc) located just a few blocks from the house. The beach is just two short blocks away too! Recent updates include a brand new kitchen, large great room, cabana room off pool,large master suite, new bathrooms, air conditioning throughout the entire home, New Outdoor shower, a quiet landscaped backyard and hardwood floors throughout.

New for summer 2022 a Junior Master Suite with ensuite bath!!!

Saturday to Saturday rentals only in ā€œhigh seasonā€ June 15th-September 9th 2024

Early September weeks and late September/October weekends are also available.

Weekend rentals considered in non high season dates

Pet Fee of $250 dollars if approved pet is accommodated

Note:we do not provide linens, all guests must bring their own Linens. We can provide the names of a local company for rentals upon request.

Note: As of October 1st 2018 all short term rentals booked through online market places are required to charge sales tax 6.625% and occupancy tax of 5% to be applied to the rental amount. It is required that the market place collect and remit the taxes and fees

Amazing beach house!

Clean and beautiful with an excellent location thatā€™s a short walk to the beach, shops, amusement park and restaurants/bars. The pool is great too! We enjoyed our stay so much we canā€™t wait to come back.

LBI in September

This property was perfect for our family. A short walk to everything- beach, fantasy island, water rides, shopping, restaurants, bakery, bar, you name it. House has plenty of room, comfortable beds, pool is a plus! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Travis was very communicative and the house was as advertised. The place is right near all the shops in Beach Haven, we did not need a car the entire stay. The pool is a great feature in the heat of summer and the back yard is very private for being in the middle of a seemingly crowded block. We would come back in the years to come if possible.

Location location location! Walking distance to beach and town! Plenty of bedrooms, large open family space and a small heated pool made for a great stay. Only thing is the overall cleaning could have been better...but I'm a stickler for a clean kitchen and bathroom. Linens not provided and that means kitchen towels too! Thanks for a great week (despite Erin making for cloudy weather)

Lovely Week

Right in the heart of Beach Haven. Close to the beach, bay, stores, dog park and tons of restaurants. Able to accommodate all of us inside and out, great use of the pool. Had the ability to house friends and other relatives if necessary. A very enjoyable week.

Great location and house

This house is deceiving. It looks like a Cape Cod from the street but goes way back and is very spacious. It is renovated inside and has all the amenities, including pool. It's a short walk to the beach and Fantasy Island, which my young granddchildren couldn't get enough of. We had a wonderful week.

Great house and location!

The house was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and spacious. It was well-equipped, including the kitchen. And there was plenty of seating for the whole crew. Even though the first 2 days were rainy, we were able to find some time to enjoy the outdoor pool area. It was a quick walk to the chowder fest, stores and restaurants. Hoping to be back soon!

Family Easter Weekend

House is in a great location and easily accessible. Listing is accurate and house is very cute and comfortable. Nice sized kitchen and dining table. Decent amount of cooking supplies but if you plan on feeding a bunch you may want to bring some additional serving platters/bowls. Great living room space and a nice additional, smaller space downstairs. Perfect for our annual Easter weekend at the shore!

Cute house. Exactly as described. Perfect location, close to beach and shopping areas. Never had to use the car. House was clean, but the job could have been more thorough. A few minor adjustments- no dish towels, ice maker and filter water from refrigerator were not working(there were ice trays) Host was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again if available.

Prime location

Every year we have a cousins reunion with 13 of us ranging from 4-50 years old. This year we decided on the Jersey Shore and picked this property and we are so happy we did. The location was absolutely perfect!! 1.5 blocks to a beautiful empty beach and 1 block to fantasy island amusement park. The kids were in heaven. Also short walking distance to shops and food which made the moms happy! Our first night we had issues with a few of our AC units and Travis was very quick to respond via email and came over the next morning to fix them. We had a fabulous vacation and will definitely be staying here again!!

Thanksgiving by the beach

This was such a perfect house for us! 8 adults, 2 children, and 1 small dog comfortably shared this space and had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable and is a short but pleasant walk to the beach. We never felt cramped even though it wasn't quite warm enough to take advantage of the outdoor space. The linens were fresh and clean and the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. 5/5!

Soiled mattress pads, linens and furniture

The house is cute and laid out nicely for our group of three couples ranging in age from 30-60 but that is where its positive attributes end. The house smelled like urine and the mattress pads, coverlets and pillows had yellow stains on them; the furniture was shabby and so dirty that the armrests were gray. We felt we could not use the bed linens and pillows without first washing them and had to cover the couch with a sheet before sitting down. We own rental properties on VRBO and do not take lightly giving a property a poor review but felt it important that others know what to expect.

Family Vacation

I have been going to LBI for a long time. This was the first year we stayed at this rental and we had a great time. Only issue we had was the outside patio benches and the next day the owner sent someone to fix them. I would recommend staying at this house! We had a great time and lots of room for family!
