Oceanside private Second floor with Roof Top Deck Center of Harvey Cedars

This one bedroom plus sleeping area can accommodate a family of six. It is located Oceanside and has amazing PRIVATE deck space (Yes an expansive roof top deck with glass rails overlooking the town just for you!) and a private yard. Location has Ocean, bay and cove views. Walk to everything including beach, Kinsey cove, bar, ice cream parlor and grocery store, or hop on an LBI shuttle to explore the island.

The owner (me!) is local and around to address any and all concerns you may have during your stay. I look forward to having you in my home and appreciate your interest!

(Note: rental agreement is attached to all booking requests.)
And Yes, I do accept cancellations as long as I can re-rent the space. Please be sure to keep in touch with me and if anything comes up, we'll work together to accommodate your needs. (See rental agreement for details!!!)

Right in the heart of Harvey Cedars

Very easy rental experience. Nick was always available for questions and had a very relaxing 10 day stay with my wife. Ideal location opposite Neptune Deli, Liquor Store and Black Eyed Susan’s with great roof deck for cocktails at sunset. We’ll be back next year.

Great Location

We were very pleased overall with our stay. Nick was there to meet us when we checked in and gave us a tour which was very helpful. He was very responsive to our questions. The apartment is basically a one bedroom, one bath but there are a couple of other sleeping areas with pull-out couches. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't do much cooking. The rooftop deck is a big bonus which we enjoyed. The location is very convenient. It's very close to the beach, bay, restaurants, a liquor store, a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and a small grocery store. All within a short walking distance. Even though there's a lot of activity in the area it's really quiet. I would recommend the property for a couple or small family.

Comfortable and convenient

It’s the second time I stay at this property. The place is beautiful and the location a very convenient distance from the beach which is clean and very quiet. All of us loved it and we hope to go back again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Working with Nick was great. Rooftop was awesome, interior was spacious and clean with lots of lounge areas and location wise it is close to everything - walkable to beach, bay, restaurants, and shops. . We really enjoyed the stay and would gladly stay again one day!

Late season getaway

This was a perfect spot for our late season getaway. The apartment was wonderful and the roof deck was spectacular!! The location was outstanding, a short walk to the beach with plenty of food options nearby. Thank you, Nick, we’ll definitely keep it in mind for our next LBI adventure.

Charming apartment

This one bedroom apartment was wonderful with nice appointments and a renovated bath. The roof deck was spectacular! We had a short walk to the beach. Nick, the owner, was great, always available. I will definitely rent again.

Stress free getaway

Our family needed a stress free dose of vitamin sea! This was the perfect location. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and availability of all the utilities in this home. The owner was available at all times to answer questions via text and lived nearby if we needed anything. The only thing that we needed was advice for a great place to get take out food for the kids and his answer was immediate and on target. Other than that, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The ocean was a few houses away and the terrace above the house showed us a beautiful sunset over the bay. Each morning, I enjoyed my first cup of coffee of the day while the kids slept. One morning, we watched the sunrise and the dolphins dancing in the waves. It was breathtaking! The market across the street carried everything a grocery store would have and all employees were accommodating and helpful. It also didn't hurt to have an ice cream on one side and a small cafe on the other side. I can't recommend this property strongly enough. We will be back next summer! Thanks, Nick!

Perfect location!

Fully functional apartment, all the conveniences of home but one block away from the beach. Across the street from grocery store & beer. Owner was very helpful during the whole process.

Prefect family beach home!!

Me and my wife and two kids had so much fun renting this house. It has a perfect location very short walk to the beach and surrounded by stores and places to eat which can be hard to find on LBI !! Nick the owner is also ready and able to help if you ever have a need for him !! SIMPLY THE BEST

Great home with all the amenities for a fun and relaxing family vacay at the beach!

Owner had excellent communication from the beginning! The home is well appointed with clean and comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of drawer and closet space. All the things you need for a relaxing vacation. Roof top deck is brand new and HUGE - kids could run around and play games and adults could sit and have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Walk to the beach is short and easy too. I wish we had more time to spend on all the decks and in the backyard. Pretty landscaping and plentiful seating outside in the back and on the decks made us feel we had a huge space to have fun. We used the grill several times too! Everything we needed was right here and my family of 5 with kids ages 10,8,3 had a great time. The location is ideal - convenience store, liquor store and cafe across the street, ice cream next door, well located for a walk/run up the boulevard too. Very short walk to the beach with a lifeguard stand directly at the end of 80th street, with frequent visits from the ice cream truck! Owner is welcoming, friendly and helpful and replies to emails and texts very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Hi. I'm a local real estate agent who purchased this property in 2007. I lived there for 10 years and just recently renovated the entire space. I built a 1000 plus sq foot back deck and even put a roof top deck on the building with clear glass panes as to not obstruct views. The project was just recently completed in 2017. I only had 1 summer season to enjoy the bird's eye view of the entire town before I moved! Yes, I'm sad i'm not there, but also excited to share the space with new people. This spot is just great for people watching. I've spent many nights just peering through the windows to see who's running into the grocery store or biking by. It's right on the main beach block for the town (80th street). It's a short walk up the beach. Kinsey cover is also right across the street. This is a fresh water spring that comes up into the bay in a protected cove. The access is right across from my place. We always run over and swim, kayak and float in the cove. Oh and don't forget Wednesday concerts are at the Harvey Cedars park.
