Nous aimerions partager notre maison avec vous! La maison est située à Johnson Ranch, à 50 minutes de l'aéroport Sky Harbor de Phoenix ou à 20 minutes de l'aéroport Mesa Gateway. Il est proche de Frys, Walgreens, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut et bien d’autres.

Notre maison fraîchement peinte est entièrement meublée, de nouveaux meubles de salon avec une télévision 65 "et comprend Internet sans fil. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain avec baignoire profonde, douche à l'italienne et grand dressing. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen size. Les trois chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond.
La maison est équipée d'une laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, AC, Keurig, et beaucoup plus pour votre commodité.
Vous aurez accès aux commodités du ranch Johnson, qui comprennent 3 piscines communautaires, différentes aires de jeux, un parcours de 9 trous pitch and putt, un lac pour l’adaptation, un court de tennis (qui peut également servir de terrain de pickleball), un terrain de basketball, un terrain de volley-ball sur sable et un frisbee. terrain de golf. Great vacation

We enjoyed our three week stay at this home very much! The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The home had all the amenities that you would need. The highlight of the home was the heated pool where we spent time relaxing and swimming. We would definitely rent this home again!

We stayed for 3 weeks. We enjoyed the house and the backyard. We especially enjoyed the backyard, the pool, covered gazebo, and covered eating area. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Johnson Ranch neighborhood is great too. Great for walking. We used the “pitch and putt” golf course and community pools. The Olive Mill and San Tan Regional Park are great attractions.

Arizona 2025

What a great vacation. We stayed in March of 2025 and everything was perfect. Kay was VERY easy to work with and her response time was awesome. The house if very clean and the amenities were plentiful. There was nothing we needed that was not there. The backyard was beautiful and a great place to sit and read or have cocktails with friends. I would definitely recommend this place . PERFECT!!!

Fantastic Desert Oasis

We had a wonderful, relaxing time soaking up the sun in Arizona! Robert and Kay were wonderful hosts--the check in process was simple and smooth, and they quickly replied to any needs and questions we had about the property. The house was very clean and wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay--many kitchen appliances and utensils, and there even were first aid items in the bathroom cabinet, which came in handy! The backyard and pool are clean and comfortable, we had a great time watching the golfers and wildlife, playing games and just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and a terrific place to go for walks. Thank you so much--we loved it!

Broken Shale Dr was a wonderful home away from home!

We loved this rental as it is located close to San Tan Mountain Regional Park where we enjoyed the trails. We also had the use of the facilities of Johnson Ranch which included a bi-weekly (for a small fee) yoga class, swimming pools and the Johnson Ranch Public golf course. We loved a 20 minute walk ending with lunch at the Terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching golfers hit water balls into the hazard just in view of the backyard! We really appreciated that Kay and Robert were very responsive with any questions. Plush towels, comfortable beds and linens made our stay very enjoyable. We appreciated that the house was clean and the kitchen was organized with decent appliances including the Keurig for quick morning coffee. A great rental, you will enjoy this home!

We totally enjoyed your home and met all of our needs. It was a great location love the scenery of the wildlife. Everything was functional and worked and furniture and bedding were very comfortable. We definitely felt at home and well marked. This is one of our favorites and comeback.

A very nice property, very well furnished and supplied. (Except for dishwasher soap) Would definitely recommend and stay at the property again. I would have liked access to the garage to make unloading easier.

Great Place in the Desert

Kay was great to deal with from the very beginning. We even locked ourselves out, and she quickly resolved this issue. I will definitely stay here again with my family. House is clean and everything is new inside. Close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping centers.

Nice stay

Carpet in master needs cleaning and we needed to purchase a plunger for the toilets because, well that's not something you want to ask for... other than that the kitchen was well equipped and the beds we're comfy.

Clean/comfortable with good customer service manager

Any questions that I had; Kay was always VERY prompt in her responses (sometimes it seemed I didn't even push Send, and she responded). In addition to the clean/comfortable home, the neighborhood was very quiet, day and night. We would happily stay there again! (Thank you Kay!!)
