The first floor features a street side bedroom with a Queen and Twin bed. This floor also has a full bathroom, laundry room, and a pool side bedroom with two Twin beds. The second level hosts an open design of the living room, dining area, and well equipped kitchen that is perfect for gatherings and family dinners. Sit out on the deck overlooking the shared pool as you watch the children play or soak up the sun. On the third level there are two main suites with King beds and private en suite bathrooms. Every TV is connected to Spectrum cable and is complete with a Roku stick. Use the Spectrum app for cable and log into your own streaming accounts on other apps.

"Maritime Merriment" has everything you will need for your vacation and one you will want to return to every year! For larger family groups that would like to be close by to one another please ask about renting the adjoining unit, "Mom's Merriment", for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
