Nice comfortable seating in the living area. King size bed in the master bedroom. Twin size bed in the guest room. Dining room area fits six and is open to the living room to be able to interact with everyone in the house. The lanai is enclosed for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. This home is in a great location and has everything you need just bring your clothes and enough time to be able to enjoy The Village lifestyle to the fullest. Table on the lanai for having dinner or snacks. Tile and carpet through out the Villa. Washer and dryer inside in the laundry room. Nice Cabot Cove floor plan. Walk in shower in master bathroom and tub/shower combination in the guest bath.

Perfect location

The Villa was very clean and well stocked with linens. The location was excellent with a very short drive to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town squares. We would definitely stay here again.
