Location is great and mostly quiet. As a former Nashville resident, I know it to be a safe and central location, but as always, be vigilant for petty thieves and keep car doors locked and the garage shut as this block obviously has rental houses on it/we are an easy target. Quick Uber to 12S, The Gulch, Germantown, and you could walk to Broadway if you were motivated. Host was super communicative, generous, and helpful at each step of the way and solved some minor hiccups that we experienced. I really appreciated that we had to do 0 clean up (bachelorette decorations, included!) prior to leaving. Made the whole weekend stress-free. The free night deal is great and we did take advantage so we had the entire day available to us upon check in. House is as described, pretty clean but with wall scuffs etc. from normal wear and tear, and the beds were comfortable! We had 11 girls and felt like we had enough space. The master is especially large! We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop patio.I think this place would be family friendly as well as there are 4 separate bedrooms, and a large garage that could probably fit 2 cars. Would have to be careful with all the stairs for little ones, though. Overall, we enjoyed this house/location and would recommend to others/look into renting from these hosts again.
