OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy. The meticulously cared for backyard features a large saltwater pool w/ a tanning deck & integrated spa, lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, 3 covered outdoor living pavilions (one w/ an elegant daybed), a fire pit, a BBQ grill, & a fun, retro cooler to keep your drinks ice cold. There’s also a Brazilian hammock nestled between the palm trees & surrounding landscape - perfect for lounging & taking in the stunning mountain views. The Modernist Retreat is is truly a vacation paradise.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

It’s everything you could want on vacation, & more.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms have been beautifully styled with that classic late 60s style. They feature gorgeous designer wallpaper, plenty of storage, comfortable, hotel-quality mattresses, & even bedside remotes to turn the lights on/off. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath & sliding doors to the pool. Guest Room 2 has a King bed & Guest Room 3 has two Twin beds (can convert to a King upon request). Both guest rooms share easy access to the bathroom in the hall.
