Bienvenido a Casa "El Mirador", un rancho Hogar moderno situado en el Movie Colony Barrio con un mirador fantástico!

Esta casa agradable mascota recién remodelado y amueblado está a pocas cuadras de Ruth Hardy Park a pocos minutos del centro de Palm Springs, cerca de campos de golf, casinos, tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna.

Casa "El Mirador" es un retiro tranquilo aislada, con un punto de vista fantástica .... un lugar para relajarse o divertirse en.

Recientemente remodelado y amueblado, esta casa es un 3 dormitorios y 2 baños refugio privado con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. La exhibición de un gran espacio para locales de restauración de entretenimiento, interiores o exteriores, una piscina de tamaño complejo y la zona, grandes pantallas de televisores inteligentes, WiFi y otras comodidades modernas descansar.

Todas las habitaciones están decoradas de manera individual con un sentido de la diversión y la extravagancia mostrando vibrantes colores vivos y una decoración moderna de mediados del siglo .... Awesome house in the Movie Colony. Amazing pool and huge backyard area. Great hot tub too. The host is lovely and could not have been any more helpful or laid back. We will definitely be back!!

Wow! What a perfect weekend in Palm Springs at this beautiful property. My life long friends and I live all over the US and couldn’t have been happier to reunite at this perfect house in the desert. So many cute seating areas inside and out! The pool was perfect each day and the hot tub was relaxing each night. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and bathroom sinks for all of us! Ceiling fans, spacious kitchen and a large TV (we are all college football fans!).

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five which included 3 teenagers. We had some very active days in the Palm Springs area, but then had this beautiful home to come back to. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as the fire pit outside. I was so thoroughly unplugged on the vacation, I didn't even sign into the wi-fi which was just what was ordered. Ashley was an excellent host, and connected with us on our travel day before arrival. He was always easy to access and provided some great recommendations - one of which was Tropicale which was a very special evening out. When we're in Palm Springs again, we definitely would seek out one of Ashley's two properties to rent.

Great House

We had a great time. Ashley was very accommodating, especially with allowing us to check in early. The house is exactly as pictured. The backyard and pool were perfect to keep our young kids busy.

Perfect getaway

Ashley's house is perfect - beautifully decorated inside but it's the outside that's the real star - the pool, hot tub, fire pit and surrounding areas are spectacular. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back soon - it's the perfect desert get-a-way!

Such an incredible time!

This property was perfect for a little getaway with friends. It offered everything we were looking for. Convenient location too airport & restaurants, ease with check in, cute decor and amazing backyard to fill the day with activities. Can’t wait to be back.

Amazing!

Rented for my best friends bachelorette party and the house and property exceeded expectations. It was so adorable and had so many activities and spaces to relax in. Plus so many cute spots to take pictures which the bride loved! It was the perfect space. The owner Ashley was amazing! So accommodating for an earlier check in time and checked to make sure everything was going great. The property is a perfect spot!

This property was in a fabulous neighborhood with spectacular views! The home was inviting and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever want! Our family had not been on vacation in 4 years, and this was the perfect way to spend some much needed time together! The check-in was smooth and timely. Ashley, the property owner, checked in several times and that was very much appreciated. We cannot wait to visit again in the future! :)

Feels like your own resort!!

This property was amazing for our family's spring break trip to Palm Springs. The outdoor living space made us feel like we were at our own private resort with the different areas. The pool, firepit, hot tub, outdoor games were perfect for kids and adults alike. The decor is so fun and the house has everything you need. Location was perfect for when we wanted to go out exploring, walk to downtown or just order in and hang by the pool. We also took advantage of the outdoor kitchen space. Ashley the property owner and his team went above and beyond with their communication and quick response to any issues or questions we had. Can't wait to have a reason to come back.

Very disappointing

Property did not deliver, especially at this price point. I will list only the most alarming shortcomings. Black mold in the showers, filthy and stained outdoor patio cushions and pillows, pool was only heated sporadically, hazardous toilet seats, which I note were initially reported in another review back in 2017, and dangerous conditions such as an uncovered exhaust fan above the cooktop and enough lint in the dryer lint filter to be a fire hazard. The owner, Ashley, is a nice guy, but he, the property manager, and the cleaning crew have been neglecting this property for a long time.

This review is absolutely ridiculous and untrue. The guests said that they've never been happy with any house that they have rented before. RED FLAG!!! They were also a nightmare to deal with and tried to get money back from the get go. We offered them a full refund and and asked them to leave but they refused. We stand by every other review that we've ever had over the last 8 years. Lesson learned, always follow your instinct.

Perfect!

The house was nothing short of perfect for our mommy/bff get away. It provided enough room for 5 women to disconnect and unwind comfortably. The back yard is amazing! We had a blast having our own private retreat in the back yard. The house is versatile and can also be for a family as well

What a neat spot

Check-in was super smooth and Judy the property manager met us and walked us through everything. The house is lovely and decorated really fun. We had one small issue pop up with the master shower, and Judy immediately responded. The beds were comfortable and the house is well maintained. We had a great time and would visit this property again in a heartbeat!

Amazing house

We stayed at Ashley’s beautiful house for a week holiday in Palm Springs. We loved everyone about the place. From the beautiful furnishings and amazing decor, to the huge pool, spa and putting green. The kids loved the games and it had a full kitchen and great patio for hanging out. We would highly highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a luxurious escape to stay in this wonderful house. Thanks again Ashley!

Great backyard

Very nice property with an amazing backyard! We enjoyed having all the games to play when taking a break from the pool. Spent a lot of time in the yard. Very pretty when lit up at night.
