Great location - perfect for our family of 6

Enjoyed this condo - the upstairs loft was perfect for our 4 kids and the location was great, just steps from the blue line. Would definitely stay again!

Nice little place

Nice condo, good setup. We had a great stay up there. My only complaint was a bit of a cigarette smoke odor in the place, but it is only noticeable when you first walk in.

Cozy condo/ convenient location

The setup was perfect for our visit to Mammoth with 4 teenage boys with 4 beds in the loft, a comfortable couch and downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking meals. The property has a sauna and hot tub which we enjoyed as well.

Super location and cozy living space!

This is a great option for skiers visiting mammoth. Half a mile from canyon lodge and a shuttle stop right at the front door! The living room was cozy with a nice couch and a fireplace. There was cookware and dishes for us to make dinner with, and the 4 bed loft was perfect for my friend group of young adults! Seems like a good option for a family of 6 too!

Cozy home near the tram stop

Unit was cozy and full with amenities needed. We brought in groceries to cook our meals and lunch for the mountains. Everything needed is there. The tram stop was literally right across the street so if you have your gear, tram stop is a short walk away.

Repeat Visitors

This was our second time staying at this property. The property managers are excellent. They are very responsive and worked incredibly hard to keep the walkways plowed during a weekend of historic snowfall. I really like how the loft has 4 single beds instead of double/queen sized beds. Kids sleep much better when they don't have to share a bed with a sibling! All in all a good condo for families.

Exceeded Expectations

This property was perfect for our family of four. I appreciated that the loft has 4 single beds instead of 1 or 2 queen sized beds. The kids sleep better when they don't have to share a bed. The bus stop is right across the street, very convenient. I suggest riding the bus all the way to Canyon Lodge and not getting off at the Village bus stop and riding the gondola - which we did on the first day. The bus ride is very short either way. Check in with the code was very smooth. It was a little hard to find the property, it's on the second floor, the condo number started with a 1 so that was confusing but we pieced together that with a loft the condo must be on the second floor. This condo is tucked in the back of the complex off the path. I was surprised that the various fees added $100 a night to my stay so watch out for that when you're renting. A few suggestions for the property managers: 1 - Swap out the metal stools that are at the high table for wooden stools. The stools are right in front of the wall heater and get very hot. My 13yo burned her ankle on the hot stool the first day. 2 - Label the garbage disposal switch - it's unclear that the switch is for the garbage disposal and not for a light - we kept turning on the garbage disposal by accident. 3 - The heat was hard to control. We set the temp to 68 and were sweating by the middle of the night. I'm not sure how you fix this but if you can, it would be worth it. Overall, the condo looks better in person than it does in the photos. The breakfast table in the corner gets great morning light. We enjoyed our stay there.

Mammoth condo

Great condo for a group of friends and family to stay at- loved the mud room in the house for all of our gear. Also really enjoyed the common area with hot tub and sauna!
