Booking Restriction - 2 person reservations can be booked well in advance year round except during ski season at which time we only offer 7 day advanced reservations for weekends (Th - Sat). Contact us for availability and applicable rates.

Let me begin by saying thank you for taking the time to consider our condo / townhouse (Soul Restoration) for your vacation . If you have never been to Mammoth Lakes before, you are in for a real treat. Take a trip to Mammoth once and you will be hooked on this little town forever. Take your first trip in the winter or summer, it will not matter. The natural beauty of the area abounds year round. As for activities, Mammoth offers it all, and then some. You may very well need to go home to actually get some rest. You are sure to find a new hobby/passion if you spend much time in Mammoth.

As for our property, it is a beautiful, warm, and inviting, 1800-square-foot townhouse that is located close to many of the year-round activities that Mammoth offers. It is a two-story, non-smoking, four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with open beam ceilings and oak furnishings throughout.

Upstairs includes a full well stocked kitchen with dining for six and a breakfast bar for three. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, HD TV, Blu Ray / DVD player and an outdoor balcony with a gas barbecue grill. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bathroom.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are also two full bathrooms downstairs. Additional amenities downstairs include two HD TVs, one Blu Ray / DVD player and a washer and dryer. After an exhausting day of fun on the mountain or on the lakes, relax in the indoor heated pool, spa, or sauna. Then walk,drive or take the free city shuttle (operates all winter and select summer weekends) to the nearby restaurants, theater, or shops for a taste of the nightlife.

This was the perfect place for our Christmas weekend! Budd was very helpful with giving recommendations about nearby things to do as well as the house was very comfortable and felt like home! We decided to bring food to have homemade meals and he had everything you could think of in the pantry as well as plates, silverware pots and pans! We are looking forward to coming back!

Even though we had a minor issue that came up, we were able to directly contact the owner about it, and he did everything that he could to help us with the problem. We go up to Mammoth all the time with friends and family, this was everyone’s favorite place. Lots of space and amenities for the 8 of us. Very convenient to everything. Bud was a great host and very accommodating/attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great place near Eagle Lodge

We had a great stay with 4 big bedrooms and 3 full baths and a washer/dryer. The kitchen equipment/dishes were plentiful and the fireplace super cozy. The dining room table is nice a big and the whole group could fit around it. We had a great stay!
