A bright ocean front apartment with amazing ocean view located right in the heart of Miami Beach. Fully furnished in the best style so that you and your family can enjoy an excellent vacation. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathroom, towels, sheets, wifi, security, heated pool and valet parking. The master bedroom includes 1 kingsized bed, flat-screened TV, full closet, wide-length window that overlooks the beach and 1 full bathroom. The second bedroom i like a den with no windows Double doors will lead you into the second bedroom that includes 1 queen-sized bed and closet. You can enjoy entertainment in the generously-sized living room that includes a full length lounge sofa, flat- screened TV and dining setting that accommodates 5 guests. Glass sliding doors will lead you out into the balcony where you can relax while appreciating the wonderful view of the beach. The modern-crafted kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals,. You can enjoy this perfect setting where you will feel right at home. Direct exit to Collins Avenue, fully equipped gym and only 5 minutes from South Beach.

Why this property ?
In this special East oriented unit, you can enjoy a stellar open view of the beaches and city. All the furniture is contemporary and up to date. Short driving distance to Publix supermarket, a variety of restaurants and Lincoln Rd. Also only a minutes away from Bal Harbor Shops, and Aventura Mall. These properties are privately managed with strict policies, be aware that any reservation must be done and followed up by a person 21+ of age. The guest is subject to extra charges if there are any modifications on the amount of people listed on the reservation. The guest should reconfirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subject to extra charges for early check in/late check out. The guest must complete the registration, payment authorization form at the time of check in. You must also present a copy of the ID of the reservation holder and his companions, a copy of the payment method that he / she chooses. It is mandatory for mutual protection. I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything i need. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.
I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.
I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else.
I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

Bring your own pillow cases with you.
The property is short on the pillow cases. A few pillow cases they had were used a lot and had old stains all over. The pillows in the second bedroom didn't have pillow cases. We went to Walmart and bought 4 pillow cases. Keep in mind, the balcony has only 2 chairs. There were three of us, my husband, my mother and myself and we all like to have our morning coffee on the balcony in the same time. Due to the style of the woven lid of the wicker outdoor table on the balcony, the wine glasses and coffee cups didn't have any support and were shaking. We were concerned to not spill hot coffee on our selves. For all these reasons, we took an additional chair for my mother and a table from the room to the balcony. The air-conditioner in the kitchen was leaking water and the floor got wet. We called the property management immediately and asked them to come and fix it. The wet floor is danger for slipping down. They told us that the association will charge us $100 if our balcony doors will be opened because that's what is causing the leak. I told them that we keep our doors closed because it was 90-95 degree outside. They came into the apartment while we were absent and Instead of fixing the air conditioner, they sent me a text message requiring to bring the furniture, a chair and the table back inside into the room. We accommodated their request. Knowing how they can get into the apartment without our presence and check on us, we lost a filling of our privacy for the rest of our stay. Any way, they didn't fix the air conditioner and it was leaking during all our stay. We thought they would follow up regarding this matter. But it was time for us to leave. Also, they make copies of your ID's during the check-in and keep it for their records. For our own safety and privacy, we asked them to return us these copies on the day of checking-out, but they didn't have them in the registration book. We travel often enough and rent apartments every time. We never had issues like these that I mentioned above and nobody ever took pictures of our state ID's. With all above, I would recommend to keep looking for some other apartments.

****Read the fine print, when fees and tax are added, unit price is $350+/ night. Apt was very clean, linens and towels were crisp and fresh. Apartment is modern, with beautiful view and building was very quiet.

Look for what they charge you
We were charged for something we have not done, for ex. rust stains on beach towels which they probably charge every guest. Also they charged for garage even I had no car on the last day. You will need to look for every item in the property and make fotos to be able to claim back you money.

A week to rest
Very nice view of the ocean. Long chairs available on the beach free of charge. Great master bedroom. 2nd room a little bit small. 10 minutes walk on the boardwalk to a great restaurant, La Taverne and Starbucks. Easy Uber ride to Ocean Drive or the shopping district of Lincoln road. 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes Uber to Publix for your groceries.
