Great value. Was a large condo and slept all 5 of us well. It is an excellent value for the price. Very close to the beach. They do have towels you can check out for the pool and beach but hours are limited until 5pm.

The property was a beautiful one, at some point. However, the place needs a good cleaning, could also make repairs to the bathrooms, dishwasher, and cleaning ofthe bar stools and sofa. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. Locating the address in the email correspondence was challenging.

Rooms were ok but the dishwasher was very rusty and not usable. We assumed this was a hotel and there would be housekeeping but we had to go down to the concierge just to get clean towels. Not enough towels or linens available for the 5 of us so we had to ask for these items and were met with some resistance which was strange. General cleanliness of the unit needs some work.

The views from the property were beautiful. The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was not up to par. There was a rotten apple under one of the beds which means not sure how clean or vacuumed the floors were? The floor boards were very dusty and dirty. I did reach out to the host and was advised someone from housekeeping would be coming however we never saw anyone. This was also mentioned at checkout.

The apartment is in a good location, the front desk staff made a photo copy of my credit card which is not cool. The beds were comfy but there was no washcloths and the coffee pot is broken. We improvised but for the money would stay somewhere else.

Excellent location & great accomodations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The views of the city and water from the front balcony are great. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. It would have been nice to have a little better stocked kitchen, but overall, it was a great value, and we loved our time here!

Very spacious and beautiful views! Location was good. Staff was friendly! Great for families!!! *Cons- kitchen and utensils could have been cleaner (not commercially, but a quick wash of dishes/fridge would have been great). Also, no dish washing soap or paper towels.

Dec 31 2024 Stay

Property's location is convenient, nice facilities with direct access to the beach and the pool. However cafeteria was closed while we stayed there, we had to go to nearby properties to get coffee and the kettle in our unit was leaking.

Location was nice, but the place was rundown. Didn’t have any paper products to get you started or things to clean dishes with. Needs a facelift for the price that it was.

Good Deal

This place was clean. Beautiful view. Nice pool. The beach was great. Not much to eat around here and only minimarts to gather supplies but nice and quiet for families and enough away from the south beach madness. free trollies all the time.

Family/Work trip

The property was very nice, the view from the balcony was amazing! The building is older but well kept.My only real complaints are 1. Not enough blankets, no wash cloths or dish towels, and only 1 roll of tissue per bathroom for a whole week stay. The restaurant on the property wasn’t open a lot of the time, so we had to eat elsewhere for all but 1 meal.

We enjoyed our stay here, I know there are a lot of mixed reviews but ours was pleasant. We arrived early and hung out at the pool until we could check in early (with no fee). This property is a little older, but it was fine for the price. It was not crowded which is what we enjoy. The beach is right there and the reservation came with 2 chairs, would have been nice to come with 4 - you do have to pay for the extra chairs and the umbrellas. We stayed in 12A facing the bay, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. A couple of things I would have preferred: dish towels and dish soap in the kitchen, wash cloths in the bathroom, and 3 blankets (there were only 2 blankets for 3 beds). The A/C in the larger bedroom worked but was not as cold as the rest of the apartment. It is centrally located and there are good restaurants nearby. Overall this was a great stay for my husbands birthday and would recommend.

Tough to review…place has tremendous potential, but it was a horrible experience. The a/c in our unit never worked properly our entire stay…80 degrees on main floor and much hotter in upstairs bedroom. Called right away, and repairmen came several times, but they finally determined chiller was out. The floors were filthy, tile is black in spots from accumulated dirt. Our feet turned black from dirt. The icemaker in the freezer was broken, as well as the dishwasher didn’t work..all reported. They brought in new dishwasher after several days and installed it wrong…kitchen floor flooded. Then to make matters worse, our cameras were stolen from our room while we were in the room sleeping…Our front door did not have a deadbolt and the keypad failed to lock after we entered the condo like it was supposed to do, even though we had it adjusted as note on door suggested. My kids walked in several times after we had returned to our room without needing to put in code…super dangerous. And now we are out some very valuable cameras. Host said they would follow up (cameras stolen right before we left), but I had to keep emailing them for several weeks before they responded, and they never followed up with police as they promised. I wanted to love this place, but it failed us.

No check-in details were provided so we had to call to get that cleared up. The restaurant on property closes right after lunch so dinner is not an option. This property is not near any shops / restaurants so a car / rideshare / the bus is needed for any entertainment. The pictures are not completely accurate - yes, this is a larger space but VERY outdated and worn. Used toiletries from multiple stays prior to us, were still put out for use (shampoo, etc). The main concern was the HVAC. Yes, Miami was unseasonably cold but the apartment was not in a livable condition. The inside temperature remained between 53-57 degrees our entire stay. This was mentioned to the front desk and told maintenance would be by. When they didn't come, we called the front desk. They advised to speak with housekeeping for more blankets though housekeeping was already closed. Finally on day 2, we were advised there is no heat in the building and they are not required to have any???? We had to purchase several blankets ourselves from Target just to keep warm. The stay was simply miserable. VRBO raised our concerns to the property owner (a company, not an individual person) and they still remain unanswered. We did not receive the value paid for this stay, at all. I would absolutely not stay here again.

NO Necessities Provided - No Communication

No check-in or parking instructions provided pre-check in. I reached out to the owner on two occasions on the day of check-in, asking for instructions to gain access to the property. She only responded days later, after we figured it out on our own. What we needed to know is that it's like a hotel, where there's a front desk that checks you in and provides keys. Items we did NOT have at the property (standard for any vacation rental):NO:Dish soapSpongePaper TowelsCutting knife (only butter knives)Spatula or any basic kitchen toolsPlastic cups (for pool or beach)Storage bowls (like Tupperware)Seasonings, salt & pepperDish towelOven mitt (I had to use a bath towel and burned my self taking a pot off the stove)Baking pan/sHair dryerFace towelsOnly very old and small pans for cookingThe TV is not a Smart TV and only has local chanelsThere were USED/almost empty travel sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner
