Great location, comfortable house, friendly hosts

Great location for the family, and very nice comfortable house to stay in. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and we would recommend this Bach for a family getaway.

Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away - 2 minutes walk to the beach, great local café, easy and prompt communication with owner especially as we booked last minute.

Great place to stay

Everything about the Bach was perfect for us. Clean, tidy and plenty of room and a great location. It was the ideal base for our 3 day golfing trip. Would definitely recommend to others

Fantastic Family Bach

Traditional kiwi bach. Perfect for 6 people. Owners were really helpful and accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a relaxing break!

Clean & characterful old villa, very comfortable beds & friendly hosts! Great location for the fabulous beach & just a short walk to shop/restaurant. The basics in the cupboard (tea/coffee etc.) could be replenished and the wifi signal isn't good but we had a lovely break!

Great place to stay

We had a great time here. the house was all and more for the family and Sue & Ian the hosts are great people. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for a great holiday and we'll definitely see you again, even if I caught all the fish!

Full of character and relaxing

We had a lovely stay in this character-filled cottage over the Auckland Anniversary weekend. The beach is within close proximity, as is the Waipu Cove cafe/restaurant and dairy. Sue and her family were warm and attentive in making sure things were OK. Thanks so much! 😊

Fantastic Spot at the Cove

Excellent house and a great stay for the family. Close to the beach, the shop and the local cafe. Susan was easy to communicate and helped to make our stay a great one.

Lovely NYE Getaway

Bach life and superb location

Everything as was expected - a lovely typical Kiwi Bach to chill out in. Plenty of space and everything you'd require. Highly recommend.

Nice location close to beach, shop, restaurant and playground. Fully fenced so good for kids. Had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Short stay

We had a quick 2 night get away with our 3yr old. Everything we needed was provided and plenty of space for kids to run around safely. Easy access to the beach. Will enjoy again for sure.

Brilliant stay

Easy lovely stay - quiet large house with everything you need - perfect location - owners so friendly and helpful - would 100% stay again 😀 Side note- phone reception for vodafone a little off on (all around waipu cove) but there is now fibre internet and that works great!

Have been going to Waipu Cove for three generations so very found of the area.
Husband and children have been members of Waipu Surf Club for a long time. My husband is know a life member of WSLSC. we enjoy the family community friendly people. All the thing we can do at beach with grandchild and show them a great way of life can be had in New Zealand. Love letting people enjoy our Villa and having a great break at our favourite place to relax.
