Charming private apartment on the 3rd. floor designed for your relaxation and tranquility. Private 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, office space, full living room and all amenities designed to make your stay comfortable. This apartment is your base of adventure into NYC and all its urban amenities and a retreat back to a tranquil suburban neighborhood with lots of local charm. Mins from NJ Transit train station, short distance to airports, universities, prudential center, met life stadium, branch brook park (cherry blossoms), hospitals, coffee shops, shopping malls and a wide array of dining options! This is a 3rd floor walk up apartment. ⭐️⭐️ Property check in is at 4pm. Please let me know if late check in is needed prior to booking. I will try my best to accommodate you, but if it’s not possible, you may need to consider another rental. If you proceed with the booking and give last-minute notice of a late arrival (a few days prior or on the day of arrival) check-in will be postponed to the following day, subject to my availability. No refunds or adjustments will be provided for missed nights ⭐️⭐️ Please note the rental only offers a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and oven access, no stove top cooking) please open windows during oven usuage to help dissipate food odor.

This apartment is exactly as listed. Jessie the property mgr is wonderful and very attentive if needed. Wonderful rest in comfy bed and towels were fluffy and lovely. We were in town to visit family and was the perfect spot to rest our weary heads for a great night sleep. Next visit back we will definitely stay again here.

Listing and pictures are 100% as described..When I travel I lean more to homes/apartments vs hotels, and this apartment was exactly what I like to have. it was a plus having a dedicated parking spot at the property. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jessie was the ultimate host, always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The place is very nice and comfortable and had what we needed for a 2 week stay. Comfortable bed, adequate cooking facilities, great cable tv, and close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous home away from home

Our host couldn't have been better, very attentive and available at all times. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet. The accommodations were immaculate and well appointed. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The bed must have magic in it, we slept very well. We would definitely stay here again.

The best stay!

Jessie was the absolute best host I’ve ever had with VRBO, she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay including a parking spot. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The Air conditioning was great as we were there in 99 degrees, we were very comfortable and cool. We missed Jessie when we left, If I lived near by I’m sure we would be great friends, highly recommend this apartment❣️

Our stay was very pleasant. I would go back again. I especially love Jessie's bubbly personality. Jessie had welcomed us with goodies and she supplied things that host don't normally provide. You did not have to go out to purchase anything. The bed was very comfortable.

Sooo relaxing!!!

This apartment was everything we needed for our babymoon getaway! It looks exactly as the pictures show and the host, Jessie, is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. Our flight into Newark was rescheduled multiple times by the airline, but Jessie was completely willing to accomodate everyway she could. She even helped us scout out fun paranormal outtings to do around the NJ area This apartment is very conveniently located to the NJ light rail train (about a 5 minute walk) and took us into Penn Station to easily access NYC. We also rented a car because we wanted to explore other areas such as Philly and upper NY, but quite honestly, we could have gotten away without the rental (Jessie warned us about that). If we ever come back out to the NJ/NY area, we will definitely seek out Jessie's apartment again!

Best decision we made

This place was absolutely amazing. The hostess was super nice and understanding when everything kept going crazy with our plans. I planned this trip on our anniversary weekend so it was during winter. The time we picked ended up being during inclement weather where we lived and up in New York/ New Jersey. We were supposed to arrive around 5 after getting our vehicle and I don’t think we arrived until after 10 pm. She was very informative about local places to eat, weather, and transportation into the city. I have to say that I believe she is the best hostess I have ever had. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The only regret we have is that we had to leave a day early to make sure we didn’t get stuck with a storm coming through. Next time we are definitely planning a summer trip.
